After comparing a few companies, we chose Martin Brothers Roof Repair because they offered the best mix of fair pricing, solid reviews, and clear communication. Nolan was great to work with from the start. He was professional, responsive, and even made time for a weekend roof inspection and consultation, which really helped us move things along quickly. The roofing crew was busy at first, but they were able to schedule us sooner than expected. Once the job started, they worked efficiently and finished the roof repair and replacement in less than a day. They found some damaged wood decking that needed to be replaced, and the added cost was explained clearly and kept reasonable. The whole crew was courteous, respectful of the property, and cleaned up well after the work was done. Nolan also followed up during and after the project to make sure everything looked right and that we were satisfied. Since the repair, the roof has held up perfectly through heavy rain and wind, with no leaks and no missing shingles.   I had a strange roof leak that I had tried to patch myself with different products, but it still kept letting water in. After calling a few roofing contractors for an inspection, Matthew got back to me right away and scheduled a visit for the next morning. The appointment was set for 10am, and he arrived early around 9:30am, but he kindly called first to make sure I was available. I was on a teleconference and asked if he could wait, and he was very patient and stayed in his car until I was finished. Once I was free, I showed him the water spot inside the house. He got up on the roof quickly, checked the problem area carefully, and explained what was likely causing the leak. He sealed the area and let me know that if the repair did not fully solve it, he would come back and redo the flashing around that section to make sure it was fixed the right way. I appreciated how clearly he explained the roofing issue and the repair options. When the work was done, I asked what I owed, and he told me there was no charge. I was honestly surprised to receive that kind of help from a professional roofer. The whole experience was smooth, thoughtful, and helpful from start to finish. If I ever need roof repair, flashing work, or a full roof replacement later on, I would definitely reach out again.

  i strongly recommend company: Martin Brothers Roof Repair to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. We spoke with three roofing contractors for the job, and braden was the most thorough, professional, friendly, and fairly priced of the group. He took time to explain the shingles, flashing, ventilation, and the work plan in simple terms, which made the whole process much easier to understand. What stood out even more was his patience while we arranged for chimney masonry repair before the roofing work could move forward. Once everything was ready, the crew handled the project fast, neatly, and with real skill. They kept the property clean, respected the schedule, and made sure the roof area was finished the right way. The completed work looks excellent, and we feel confident the roof is solid and built to last through heavy rain, wind, and normal seasonal weather. He checked the roof surface carefully and also looked inside the attic to trace the source of the leak. He quickly identified the problem area, explained the repair clearly, and set up the roofing repair for the next week. We still had some matching shingles from the original roof, which helped make the repair fast and smooth. The crew completed the shingle repair in about an hour and left the area clean. After several heavy rains, the roof held up perfectly and the leak was gone. From the office staff who answered the first call to Geoffrey and the repair crew, everyone was professional, courteous, and easy to work with.
