  I needed both my main roof and flat roof replaced because of leaks. The flat roof had started leaking from normal wear, and the main roof had leaks from a poor solar panel installation where holes were drilled and not sealed right. From start to finish, the roofing crew was excellent, with clear communication through the whole process. That was especially helpful because the panels had to be removed and coordinated with another contractor before the roofing work could begin. They got my estimate to me quickly, explained the scope of work in simple terms, and kept me updated on the schedule. It did take a little time before the project started, which made sense with how busy roofing season can be in Newport News and the time needed to line up materials and solar coordination. Once the work began, the crew finished everything in just 3 days and did a great job on both the main roof and the flat roofing area. The new roof system looks great, the problem leaks are gone, and the workmanship was solid. I would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone in Newport News who needs roof repair or a full roof replacement.

  I had my roof replaced and some storm damage repaired after a hail storm, and the whole roofing job went very well. John did excellent work, kept his word, showed up on time, and the price was fair and competitive. The crew cleaned up thoroughly and left my home in great shape. Later, after some strong rain, I noticed a small leak around some flashing that was not part of the original roof repair. Even so, John came back more than once at no charge to make sure everything was taken care of and the issue was fully resolved. That kind of follow-up and care really stood out to me. More recently, I thought one of the solar roof vents had stopped working. I called John, and he helped get the part covered under warranty even though the vent was already several years old. When he came out to install it, he found it was actually working fine and explained that a few cloudy days may have kept it from recharging fully. He still checked in with me afterward a few times to make sure everything on the roof system was working the way it should. I appreciate a roofing contractor who not only does solid roof work, flashing repair, and storm-related repairs, but also stands behind the job with honesty and integrity. John has shown that he follows through, cares about his customers, and takes pride in making sure the roof is done right.

  Had a leaking porch roof in Newport News. they came out within a day to inspect it, give an estimate, and explain the roofing repair in simple terms. The repair was finished very quickly, and the workmanship on the porch roof and flashing looked excellent. the representative was responsive, easy to work with, and kept communication clear through the whole process. i would definitely use them again for any roofing needs. Later, there was still a small leak issue with the porch roof, but the experience stayed very positive. John was extremely responsive and spent hours at the house tracking down the source of the leak and checking the problem areas carefully. Once the issue was identified, they fixed the leak that same day and then sent a crew out to repair the water damage on the porch with no extra charge. their dedication, fast service, and attention to detail really stood out. they did not stop until everything was made right, and i truly appreciate all the hard work. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or leak service.

  I picked this roofing company to install micromesh gutter guards after getting estimates from several other roof and gutter contractors for a few reasons. The communication was easy and the response time was excellent. While other companies took days to reply and were slow sending estimates, John came out quickly and I received a detailed quote by the next business day. Harrison answered my questions fast and clearly. During the estimate visit, Landon showed me a sample of the gutter guard system and explained the lifetime product warranty and the long workmanship coverage on the installation. He also took photos of the clogged gutters and pointed out how the new micromesh guard setup would fix the problem. The product looks high quality and stronger than other gutter protection systems I reviewed. We deal with a lot of pine needles and roof debris, so this micromesh gutter guard system should keep most debris out while allowing water to flow properly through the gutters and downspouts. The pricing was fair for the quality of the materials and the roofing-related gutter service provided. The crew was polite, on time, and professional. They worked carefully, cleaned the gutters well, and completed a solid installation. They also explained the simple upkeep, which only requires light maintenance from the ground a few times a year.
