  I was able to get everything set up through David. He was very professional, clear, and detailed throughout the roofing process. I also had the chance to meet the owner, and their professionalism and credibility really gave me confidence to move forward with the contract. My home had older exterior materials that were showing a lot of wear, and the chimney needed some repair work as part of the overall roofing project. The added work was handled at a very reasonable cost. During the job, I was a little concerned about cleanup because the work area looked messy at one point, but after I brought it up to Brandon, the project manager, he came out the next day, walked the property with me, and made sure the roofing crew cleaned everything up thoroughly. Brandon addressed every concern I had and made sure I was fully satisfied with the final result. The new roof and related repairs look great, and the whole experience felt organized and professional. I would highly recommend them for roofing and exterior work in Smithfield.

  I agree with the other reviews. David is a great person, and his professionalism and pride in his roofing work show in everything he does for his customers. He took the initiative to re-roof my shed, even drove to my workplace so I could sign the permit paperwork, and helped me get the exact drip edge style I wanted. He really went above and beyond to make the whole roofing experience easy and stress-free. I had several roof leaks, and they were repaired the right way. My new roof looks beautiful and has really improved the look of my home. The crew was professional, respectful, and very considerate of my family and pets during the project. They kept the work area organized, communicated clearly, and made sure every part of the job was handled with care. Working with David and his team was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend them for roofing repairs, re-roofing, and related exterior work.

  I had a roof leak around an addition on my home, and another contractor could not pinpoint where the water was getting in. Then I called Hayes & Sons Roofing Llc, and David responded very fast and set up a time to inspect the problem. He was easy to work with, very thorough, and took the time to check the roofing area carefully instead of rushing through it. He spent a good amount of time on the roof tracing the source of the leak and was able to identify the issue that others had missed. After finding the problem, he explained the repair in simple terms and applied a patch to stop the leak. With more rain expected soon, he asked me to follow up and let him know how everything held up, which showed he truly cared about the quality of the repair and customer satisfaction. I also appreciated that he was honest, professional, and respectful while working at my home. He clearly knows roof repair, leak detection, and how to handle problem areas around additions and flashing. After all the time he spent diagnosing the issue and making the repair, he was still very fair about the cost. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, leak service, or even a full new roof.

  I’m very grateful for the excellent roofing work on my home. Replacing my old tile roof with a new metal roof turned out better than I expected, and I’m extremely happy with the final result. From the first roof inspection and estimate to the tear-off and final installation, the whole process was clearly explained, well organized, and finished on schedule. I want to recognize everyone involved in the project. Brandon, the roof consultant, was the first person I met with and was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about roofing materials, installation methods, and the full scope of the job. David and the office team handled the paperwork, billing, and permit details smoothly, which made everything much easier for me. Grant, the field supervisor, managed the roofing crews with great leadership and kept the project moving efficiently. The team did an outstanding job completing the roof replacement quickly so I could provide the needed documents to my homeowner’s insurance company without delay. Just as important, the workmanship was excellent and the new metal roof looks beautiful. Grant was on site regularly, supervising the crews, answering my questions, and making sure each step of the roofing project was done the right way.   They just finished my roof, and I’m very happy with the whole experience.
