  I have a relatively new roof (GAF 5 years old), that has been leaking during severe storms. I spent ~ $2500 for Chase Roofing to repair the leak in 2021 however the repairs did not fix either leak. Chase roofing came out again and quoted over $1,000 to repair the roof again, but refuses to comment or discuss the failure of the prior repair. What if a repeat repair fails? The technician will not call me back when I had further questions and the office will not allow me to contact the owner Jose Lomeli other than by email even when coming to the office in person. Owner will not respond to emails. Perhaps I would get a call back if I were a contractor. Unimpressed. Update 10/2025: 2 years after posting my review the company has finally replied to my post with a blanket statement claiming they care and are looking into it....yada yada, all lies. Months after their "politicians" post there has been no contact or resolution. I happened upon a work colleague who also had issues with Chase's repair quality requiring multiple visits to try and fix. It appears Chase's business model is to charge for as many visits as possible. 0/5 stars

  Used them a year ago and they were great, this time not so much. I guess business got good and customer service was no longer important. Didn't show up when they were supposed to and had to threaten to get a refund to have them complete the work. Replaced gutter sections with a different size than what was already installed and scheduled to have them come out again but they didn't show and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Had to go to the office and again say I wasn't paying the balance until they fixed the gutter. Had a hard time getting the estimater Dawson on the phone and the owner never called me to answer questions I had. Never using them again.

  So tired of contracting companies that do not show up or even communicate. I called and scheduled a roof inspection to locate the source of a leak. The day of my appointment no one showed up at the scheduled time. I called and the guy I talked to said he would call me back after he talked to scheduler. He didn’t, I tried to call back with no answer. Office closed. Won’t be doing business with a company that can’t keep an appointment or communicate. I would equate these guys to finding someone on Facebook marketplace, where I had the exact same experience with a guy doing this on the side. Do not recommend.

  Cover all the vents on my roof to include the dryer vent...MAJOR FIRE HAZARD .called them back to fix it and they didn’t cover them. Called them back a second time after getting a second option and had it fixed. Count you roof vents before going with this company.

  This company was re-roofing a property adjacent to my friends house in Yorktown. I called their offices as I was interested in a quote and references and information (legal - insured) of their work force Was told that they were all here legally. With a little leg work I found that to not be the case, In addition - after speaking with someone whose brother (here illegally) was injured on a chase worksite (and chase refused to pay any of the medical bills) I decided to look for a more reputable company. Beware

  Called to inquire about the immigration status of their crews. Told by office staff that they were all documented, I then asked what temporary visa they were holding. Staff put me on hold and then hung up. Buyer beware. They take advantage of the people they employ and the U.S. taxpayer (chase pays no social security tax on these "employees" chase pays no federal or state unemployment taxes on their payroll as well. And we wonder why the U.S. Government estimates that SS as a fund will not be able to pay claims within the next 20 years. Adding insult to injury they drive their vehicles and carry neither a license nor can they be insured, Stay clear of this company - there are better local alternatives

  Jose and his Superstar Team did an excellent job at our home - installing a new roof and gutter system. From the very start Jose was so attentive and took his time answering all of our questions.   Excellent company for roof replacement. Chuck was my main point of contact - he helped me understand all the details regarding a roof replacement and showed me in person the different products they offer. Many of the other companies I got quotes from were in and out quickly, left me in the dark/overwhelmed with info so I appreciated Chuck being patient and taking his time, over numerous calls for many weeks, explaining it all + comparing my quotes to give me a competitive/fair offer. Once I decided to go with Chase Roofing, Sergio and his team were at my house within a week and finished the job in 2 days. They did a great job and made sure to clean up after. They even came back a few days on my request to just run their magnetic sweeper to pick up any other nails that might have fallen days after install. They checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the job and I am very happy with the work! All in all, great company and I plan to use them at my next roof replacement at other future properties!

  Chase Roofing installed new gutters at my home, the crew was very polite, hard working and did a fantastic job. The day the work was performed was extremely hot and humid but they got the job done. The old gutters were smaller and leaked at almost all the joints, the new gutters are heavy duty aluminum, seamless and will last. Thanks

  Sergio was Crew Chief...he was Super amazing. Mr Chuck Williams was here everyday making sure everything was on point! Still comes to check to ensure all is superior. Excellent job! The pricing from Chuck was 5k better from all other roofing competitors!
