  the best roofing crew hands down. sales, office staff, project managers, and everyone we worked with was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to reach. they gave us a clear timeline for the roof replacement and kept us updated while the work was underway. brody and the roofing team were professional, answered our questions, and made the whole process smooth from inspection to final cleanup. the shingles, flashing, and gutters look great, and the yard was cleaned up very well after the job was finished. with ohio weather bringing rain, wind, and winter conditions, it feels good to have a solid new roof that looks great and protects the home well. we are completely satisfied with the finished work and highly recommend them for roof replacement, gutter work, or repairs.

  Great service and real integrity. We had a full EPDM roof installed, and it included a workmanship warranty plus lifetime material coverage. A few years after the install, i noticed a small area that needed attention, and they came out fast and handled the roof repair with no hassle. More recently, i saw some dry rot around the chimney flashing, which is a common trouble spot on many roofing systems, so i called again. brody came out, spent time checking the shingles, flashing, and the area around the chimney, and explained that the issue was covered under the warranty. Within a few days, a crew of three roofers arrived and completed the repair professionally. They were easy to work with, communicated clearly, and made the whole process smooth. There were a few small pieces of wood and roofing material left behind, but overall the cleanup was still pretty solid and the work quality stood out. james was helpful, and dwayne made sure the job was finished right. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone in Columbus needing dependable roofing work.
