  I own windy Gap Outdoor power equipment located at 20 main street in boones mill. These folks are using my location on Google. I tried talking with someone about this situation and they hung the phone up on me twice. I asked about their physical address and they hang up on me. I wouldn't trust this company to do roofing. Ask them were they are located. Not sure what is going on there. But it smells fishy. Maybe someone from Martin will contact me and explain what is going on!

Louis and his crew are always fast to respond and easy to work with. They were able to get to my client’s home within an hour of my message, which really helped keep the process moving. Their roofing work has been excellent from start to finish. They replaced our roof, skylights, soffit, fascia, and gutters, and the whole job was handled with strong workmanship and attention to detail. The estimate was much lower than another quote we received, and the value was outstanding. I also appreciate how clearly they explain the roofing process, what repairs are needed, and what options are available, which makes things much easier for both me and my clients. Great service, quality roof work, and a dependable crew.

  WOW, just wow! I can’t say enough good things about this roofing crew in Boones Mill. We’ve used them before for roof repairs, maintenance, attic ventilation improvements, and other roofing work, and they have always done an excellent job. This time we needed a full roof replacement with new roof decking, and we knew exactly who to call. Todd and the crew were on time, easy to communicate with, and kept us updated when weather caused small delays. Their process was smart and careful. They removed and replaced one roof section at a time, installing the new radiant barrier decking before moving to the next side. That gave us extra peace of mind with changing Virginia weather. While the re-decking was underway, we also asked them to clean the soffits and replace the roof vents, and they handled that without any problem. The crew worked hard from start to finish and stayed focused the entire time. When we looked over the finished roof, the quality was easy to see. The shingles were straight and evenly lined up, the corners looked sharp, the flashing was done right, and the whole roofing system looked solid and professionally installed. What really stood out was how much care they showed for our property. They used large magnets over the driveway and yard to pick up stray roofing nails, and they did a very thorough cleanup. There were no scraps of shingles, underlayment, or other roofing debris left behind. The only sign they had been there was our great-looking new roof. Later, we had them return to add more blown-in attic insulation because our home needed better coverage. They protected the path through the house to the attic, taking care of our wood floors and carpet, and when they finished, everything was left clean and in place. They even cleaned up all insulation dust and debris. Their professionalism, workmanship, and respect for our home really stood out.   They took excellent care of us with our roof repair and full roof replacement. The roofing crew put in long hours, stayed professional, and the finished roof looks great. After seeing how well that project went, we came back for siding too, and we are so glad we did. Andres connected us with Jay and the crew, and the whole process was much smoother than we expected. Communication was clear, questions were answered quickly, and the team followed through on every detail. The siding work came out beautiful and really improved the look of our home. Louis was especially attentive and made sure we understood each step of the job. From the roofing work to the siding installation, the entire crew was hardworking, respectful, and easy to work with.   I had our roof, skylights, and gutters removed and replaced, and the whole roofing project went very smoothly. Louis was very helpful during the estimate process, walked me through the roofing options, and answered all of my questions in simple terms. The new roof was finished in less than two days, even during very hot Virginia weather. The crew rotated roofers on the roof and around the property to help keep everyone safe in the heat, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I always knew when the crew and materials would arrive, what part of the roofing work was being done, and what to expect next. The office kept me updated throughout the job, which made the entire process easy and stress free. When the work was complete, the yard and driveway were left clean and tidy with no debris left behind. The price was fair compared with other roofing quotes I received, and the workmanship on the roof, flashing, skylights, and gutters was solid.   I originally had a new roof installed by another contractor, but not long after, I noticed a leak around the roofing area. I then contacted Martin & Sons Roof Repair LLC just for some honest advice, and Todd quickly arranged for an inspection. Jay came out, took clear photos of the roof surface and problem spots, and walked me through the workmanship issues in simple terms so I could fully understand what caused the leak.
