  When it was time for a full roof replacement, we gathered several estimates, but Martin & Sons Roof Repair stood out because they had helped us with a small emergency roofing repair before when others would not. What really made the decision easy was how thoroughly Marvin inspected the home, from the attic and interior areas to the exterior roofing system, and then explained the best roofing options for our situation. Since a new roof is a major investment, we wanted a contractor who would take the time to go over the process in detail. That is exactly what happened. While some roofers only looked around outside and handed over a large estimate with very little explanation, this team carefully reviewed everything with us. They explained the shingles, materials, ventilation, flashing, cleanup, and each step of the installation so we knew what to expect from start to finish. Marvin went over the proposal line by line and answered every question in simple, clear terms. The professionalism throughout the whole project was outstanding. The roofing crew did excellent work, and there was always a foreman on site to supervise the job, share progress updates, and respond to any concerns right away. Marvin also checked in during the project, and another manager stopped by at different times to make sure the work was moving along properly. The job site was kept very clean, the gutters were cleared out, and everything was left spotless when the work was complete. The new roof looks great and has really improved the appearance of our home while giving us peace of mind in the heat and storms. We were extremely happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend them for any roofing work.

  I want to be very clear that I did not end up using his roofing services because the project was outside what he could take on. This review is only about the customer service. I had a roof-related ceiling leak in my apartment, and Derek quickly pointed me to a leak detection company for infrared testing to help locate the source. He responded fast when I first reached out, and even after a long delay on my end and weather-related scheduling issues, he still got back to me right away when I shared the report. Derek was honest, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. Even though he could not handle the repair himself, he referred me to another roofing contractor who could help. That kind of follow-through really stood out. He was one of three contractors who initially came to inspect the leak, and the only one who stayed in contact and kept communication open. That says a lot about his reliability, integrity, and customer care. Even though I did not hire him for the roof repair, I truly appreciated his guidance, quick responses, and willingness to help point me in the right direction.

  They replaced the roof on my home and garage, installed a new roof vent fan, repaired some damaged wall areas, replaced siding, added a vent window, and put on new gutters. Marvin gave me one of the best estimates, and the price covered the roofing work as well as handling all needed permits. The crew worked fast and stayed organized, finishing the main roof in under two days and completing the garage work in about the same time. Everything has held up very well with no problems, and the workmanship looks solid. In Fort Worth, with the strong sun, heat, and storms, it is important to have a dependable roof and proper ventilation, and they did a great job making sure the house and garage were protected. I was very happy with the whole process and plan to use them again for my garage roof, new windows and doors, and more siding work on the house.

  I preferred email, text, or a website form to request a roofing quote, and Martin & Sons Roof Repair was the only company that got back to me. I needed a tarp put on my roof, and they had Derek out the very next day. Marvin inspected the roof and sent over a detailed estimate fast. There was a short delay getting the shingles because of the heavy amount of roof repair work already scheduled, but once the materials came in, the new shingles were installed quickly and the job moved along smoothly. The invoice and all communication were handled electronically, which made it easy to track documents and keep records of the roof repair. There was a 3.5% fee for paying by credit card, which is pretty standard for merchant processing. Overall, the whole process was simple, organized, and easy from the first roofing inquiry to the final repair.

  After meeting with a few roofing companies for estimates on a new roof, we felt the most comfortable with the team here. Roger took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped us understand the whole roofing process. It didn’t feel like we were being pressured into anything, just honest advice from start to finish.   I had a wonderful experience with this roofing company. I noticed a few leaks in my roof and reached out for help. They responded quickly and sent Marvin out to take a look.
