When in the process of purchasing a home, the seller was paying for a new roof on the house so I received a quote from this company and provided the seller with the quote. They responded in a timely fashion. The results of the quote gave …

This company failed to show for our appointment and did not respond to phone called. Caused a week's delay until dry weather over (raining and leaking now, causing more damage), another company scheduled for tomorrow.

John, we do apologize for your unfortunate roof leak that you are currently having on your tile roof. We have never worked on your home before, but due to your existing leak, you reached out and scheduled repair estimate for last Wednesday the 20th of January. On Wednesday, when Kevin came out, your tile roof was too frosty for him to safely walk the roof to evaluate the extent of the repairs. Kevin spoke with you about the history of the roof and extent of the leak, Kevin explained to you that he would have to reschedule due to the frost. The rest of the week was full of times for Kevin to come back out to take a look. We were unable to successfully schedule another time with you to evaluate your roof, but we did not fail to show up for this appointment and we have responded to your phone calls. Kevin was coming out to give you an estimate for your needed repairs, not to repair this leak. We do apologize if you were under the impression that Kevin was coming out to have this repaired. Unfortunately, when we tried to have a conversation with you this morning in attempt to resolve this miscommunication, you hung up with us before we were given the chance to finish the conversation. We are still available to help you through this unfortunate situation, but if you choose to seek out an alternative company for your roof needs, that’s okay too. Whatever you choose to do, we hope you’re well taken care of soon.

Did not use this company and never would. Working on a neighbors house across the alley and felt entitled to park on my property which is clearly posted with tow signs. Thank you for bending my spicket and causing damage and not even notifying me the first day of parking on my property, then the next day trying to park on my property again. One of the workers said there boss told them to park there. Unprofessional attitude, and poor management. Thank you Maracano Roofing for the property. If I see your workers vehicles on my property again I’ll just have them towed.

I recently had Marcano Roofing perform a full attic and ventilation inspection, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Kevin, the owner, was incredibly thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, identified issues without exaggeration, and was completely honest throughout the process. I especially appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell anything — just straightforward, expert guidance. His professionalism and integrity really stood out, and I would highly recommend Marcano Roofing for anyone needing ventilation diagnostics or roofing expertise.

Given the abundance of roofing contractors in our vicinity, selecting the most suitable one can be challenging. However, after engaging in a comprehensive discussion with Kevin and gaining insights into the factors that contribute to the longevity of a roof, I have confidently chosen him as my preferred contractor.

Kevin is so straight forward, knowledgeable and respectful. His crew worked so hard, the roof looks amazing and they made sure to pick up any trash and went above and beyond making sure our barkdust was in better condition than before they took off the singles and replaced them. Highly recommend him and his company- he is an honest, hardworking, doing to best for customers company. I will refer every person to this company 💯. If you need roof work go with this company.

Kevin and his crew did an amazing job on installing a new roof. One of the selling factors for me was how much time Kevin took explaining everything and going above and beyond the other two companies that bid the job because he actually …

Couldn’t be happier with the quality of their service and product quality. The attention to detail when it came to quoting and repair recommendations was very much appreciated. I easily give them 5 Woofs out of 5 Swangs.

The owner came out to my new home in Salem Oregon during the initial inspection and he caught stuff that the inspector missed. Gave us leverage on our sale. When it comes time to put a new roof on our house, it will be a Marcano roof.

Working with Marcano roofing was a 5 star experience, and Kevin is a 5 star owner. Highly competitive bid and honest company. Before I chose Marcano roofing, I had 4 different companies come out to give a quote on a complete roof tear off and replace. With each company offering a unique approach to our job. Kevin clearly outlined exactly what was needed during a roof walk through and explained how certain aspects of our roof were not properly installed. He was honest that we could do a repair and save money verses doing a complete tear off and reinstall. We chose the tear off and install. His crew were professional, cleaned up each day, and were more than accommodating when we had access driveway during the job. After job was complete, Keven did a roof walk through and noticed several things he wanted to address. Guys came back out and buttoned it all up. I will be using Marcano roofing in the future. Thank Kevin.
