  Dakota Roofing is current with my Corvallis home where the roofers are drinking alchool on my property. Safety issues and concerns this will be my last time hiring this company , Employees have a alchool problem

  Took a week to get a return call from an inquiry for an estimate. Finally called me back and scheduled a time for the estimator to come out, scheduler was very sexist on the phone, demanded that my husband also be at the appointment. Estimator then no call no show. Would not recommend this company for estimates or service.

When scheduling estimates, we do ask whether there are any other homeowners, spouses, or decision-makers who should be involved in the appointment. The goal is to ensure that everyone who may be part of the project, contract, or final decision has the opportunity to ask questions and receive the same information. That question is never intended to make assumptions or exclude anyone from the process. We also apologize for the missed appointment. That is not the experience we want any customer to have, and we will be reviewing this internally to better understand what happened and where our communication broke down.   We called and sent in to get a quote. They took over a week to get back to us. Scheduled a time wanted both my wife and I there and then no call no show. Waited around for nothing. Do not recommend.

  Had trouble with the roofer they didn't know English. I wasn't happy at all NO BUSINESS CARD . WOULDN'T RECOMMEND Them.

  As a former business owner, I know what I would expect for customer service. What I have experienced today with Dakota Roofing is nothing less than professional! As far as integrity goes. I would trust them to be honest with me.

  I'm so pleased with this company's service, their professionalism and communication - from the original inspection of my roof to the finished product. I had considerable wind and rain damage from the winter storms and they were honest, fair, and competitive in their pricing. And they never left me guessing when I had questions.   I can't speak highly enough about Dakota roofing and the crew. I had my roof replaced and some siding around my chimney. Great job guys. They did an astounding job. No debris or nails left anywhere. Great communication from start to finish. Thank you Aaron, Cody and Team Dakota.

  So impressed with this company as a whole! After talking to Bonnie in the office, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, Ryan was out at our home getting us a quote after looking at the roof. The quote was by far the most reasonable we had received from other places, and the timeline to get it done was just as impressive. No upselling, no hassling, just an honest job done.

  Had a massive tree fall on my home in the middle of the night - - Dakota Roofing responded immediately, coordinating with a local tree company / arborist to get my home tarped as soon as the log was taken off the roof. The crew worked tirelessly (until midnight!) during the holiday season to get the job done and keep my home dry.

  I sent in a request to get a bid to repair my roof around lunch time on Monday Dec 22. By the afternoon I had an appointment set for Tuesday Dec 23. Parker was fantastic, he flew the drone up, then took me up to look at some stuff with him. Helped me make a few repairs, showed me some areas of concern. I am very impressed with Dakota Roofing. I highly recommend you contact them.

  My friend’s power chair quit while going down a sidewalk in downtown Salem. Nathan stayed with her until I was able to get to her location, helped transfer her to her walker, helped carry the parts of her chair to her car, helped move her to the corner, and helped get her safely in her car. There was a large quantity of leaves on the ground, hiding broken pavement and making the surface very slippery and highly risky for her to stand or walk on. I simply can’t say enough good things about Nathan - I didn’t think they still made gentlemen like him! He was always patient, kind, polite, and helpful. He is a huge asset to his company. Thank you, Nathan, for your kind service to my friend. It will not be forgotten.
