  This is how disrespectful Valley Roofing and its employees are. They were blocking the view of oncoming traffic, the bike line, AND the sidewalk for several hours even after I informed them of the issue. Not only is this unsafe for traffic, it’s unsafe for the disabled folks who use their mobility devices to get from home to the Safeway across the street. There is no crosswalk before this point, so it’s a huge middle finger to anyone who depends on this sidewalk. The owners will insist it was only for a moment, except the truck was parked there for several hours (I personally saw them parked there from 1:30pm-4pm). The owners insist there was an alternative crosswalk for all of the people in the apartment complex to use when going to the store, but as we can clearly see from the map, that is not the truth. The only crosswalk is once you get to commercial street, but the truck (marked in red) was blocking that path. The owner’s excuses and lies are just another slap in the face, and shows a total lack of accountability. I would never recommended this roofing company to anyone given how they choose to treat the folks who live in the area. If you bring a concern to them, the employees will laugh in your face, and the owner will avoid telling the truth instead of taking accountability.

We not only answer our customers' phone calls during business hours, but we also handle calls after hours as well. You called five times in a row while I was assisting another customer on the phone, so I apologize that we weren't able to assist you within 16 minutes from the first call to you leaving a voicemail and a negative review. I spoke with the team, and they were taking all precautions necessary to ensure the public's safety; not only that, but there are multiple other crosswalks nearby to bypass our construction zone as well. Our team is very respectful and takes great pride in working and assisting our community. Had a disabled person approached our vehicle and construction zone, we would have ensured they got around us safely. This photo was taken as our truck was running and materials were being loaded to be moved. Again, I am deeply sorry this upset you so greatly, and we hope you have a great weekend. Thank you again for your concern.

  I guess they don’t need MY business because I emailed them for a quote, but the response was call for a quote. If I was running a business and one of my employees just emailed that instead of calling me back or emailing me back, and I lost a sale, they would lose a job.

  They did a very poor job on my clients home costing them more time and money to take off and redo what was done incorrectly.

  I called in to schedule an appointment for a quote, explained the roofing issues I was having and what I was looking for. They were able to send someone out within a few days. Almost immediately after arriving the gentleman told me that they don't do the kind of work I was in need of. He also told me that I should go ahead and do the work myself if I was comfortable doing it. I am curious why they would not just call me to tell me that they don't do or are not able to do the kind of work that I am looking for. I took time off of work to meet this person and it was a complete waste of my time. I will not recommend this company.

  We’re sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused you, but we can’t quote or evaluate over the phone. We have to physically respond and see the issues face to face before we can provide feedback. In this case, the effort was costly to us as well. We mobilized a salaried employee and responded to your request for a free consultation in hopes that we could be of service. The most unfortunate outcome is that we were honest and truthful with you but we got a negative review for it.

  I am disappointed in Valley Roofing. They charged me $600 for flashing that I had purchased. They blew trash, nails, and staples off into my lawn with a leaf blower, rather than pick up the trash. I am still finding trash and nails in my lawn 6 months later. I found a leak, contacted Valley Roofing and was told to call a plumber. No help for a problem their crew created. Untruthful? When the estimate was done I had the new caps and showed them to your estimator. You charged me more than your quote.

  It’s too bad that the details you are describing are untrue. We didn’t charge you for the flashing. We charged you to install it. Labor is not free. If you look for debris following a construction project involving demolition on your property, you’ll find it. And the leak you are describing was indeed a plumbing leak. We’ve visited multiple times but we’d be glad to visit again if necessary. We are truly sorry that you’ve resorted to sharing untruthful information. You’re always welcome to work through these things with us in person.

  Their team was very professional, efficient and they were very flexible working with us on our time line to get our project done so we could get our house up for sale, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs work done. Outstanding!!!

  I've been working with Valley for years now on large scale buildings and recently had them do a project on our home. Throughout time and my industry experience I have dealt with many local vendors. Valley roofing has proven to be the absolute best, not only in my line of work but now outside of that as well. All crews that have been sent to work on projects for us have been very kind, communicative and efficient. On top of that, I have spent time on projects with the owner and have found him and his business to be the most fair, kind and responsive in the business. Last but not least, their quality of work is top notch. They will do things the correct way and they will take the time to explain and create understanding of the issues at hand with your roof for repairs. They run the business with honesty, hard work and integrity. I highly recommend and only recommend Valley for any size projects. Thank you Valley Roofing!

  I have had Valley Roofing help me with a few projects over the past five years. Gutter replacement, roofing replacement (a few layers) and most recently some rafter tail repairs. Each time was a quick turn around from initial contact until job completion. The roof took a few days and it was HOT for the guys, but they still did a great job. Great communication with Jon, Tana, Joe and the crew leaders and work was completed as agreed upon. No sales pressure, just suggestions when asked and options to choose from, with questions easily answered. Pricing reasonable for the work being done.

  Danny was polite and listened to our needs. If we had concerns Danny addressed them and followed up with us. The crew were hard workers and we love the new roof. In addition we had gutters and downspouts added through Danny and it was an easy process.

  About 8 months ago, Valley Roofing did a tear off and replacement at my home. I wanted to wait a while before providing a review to see how it all settled in and how any follow ups went. I've been very satisfied with the entire experience. The estimate was fair compared to other roofing companies and the final cost came within a few % of that estimate. I've had them come out for a few follow ups since the roof was installed, this was not related to workmanship, it was just addressing some concerns I had. Each time they came it was a great experience - Jon was very fast in responding to my emails and had a crew member out within 2 to 24 hours each time. The part that spoke the most to me was that each time (even 8 months after install), the person who came out was one of the crew members who was there from day one of the reroof. That speaks a lot to the quality of the business. I'll be quick to recommend them in the future. One other thing to note - a lot of roofing companies came off as salesman, pushing multiple packages with crazy markups. Valley Roofing was straight to the point, no sales talk, no fancy tablets with pretty interfaces to grab your attention. They came, listened to what I needed, and provided it with no fluff or pushy sales tactics. This was a big reason I initially sided with them.

  Valley roofing is a top notch contractor. Competitively priced with great warranty. Joe is extremely personable, helpful and friendly. The crews are skilled, quick and respectful of the property and clean up afterwards.
