Freddy and his crew showed up bright and early in the morning and they were finished and gone by the evening, leaving nothing behind except a new roof. They work fast and the price is very fair, I definitely recommend them for any of your roofing and siding needs.

I tailgated Fredy to get his #. I called and he dropped whatever he had going, turned around and give me a quote. Very reasonable, explained everything with the quote. Did a great job, clean and quickly. Very good company. We liked him so much we are having him quote the house for siding. Highly recommend this company!

Fredy and his team are great! They made getting a new roof easy… and a lot less expensive than other companies. They’ve also helped us out with other issues that have come up- completely separate from the roof! Great crew, great work! Will be using and recommending to everyone with roofing needs!

Working with Freddy Maldonado was a great experience. He responded quickly, came out to look at my project, and provided a fair estimate. Scheduling was simple, and he and his crew arrived right on time. They completed the job efficiently and were happy to take on a last‑minute request for me — and even helped my neighbor by cleaning her gutters the same day. Truly dependable, professional, and easy to work with. I would certainly use Maldonado's Siding and Roofing again.

Had to have a little siding work done. Small job but Maldonado’s took care of it as if it was top priority. That’s what I like to see. Fair, honest, and upfront pricing. Give them a call before you go with another company for housing repairs. He did a great job as well. Happy customer.
