  My new roof started leaking in 1 year and gutters aren't pitched correctly.

  We would appreciate it if you could clarify the reason for your complaint. Our records indicate that the additional charges for replacing the damaged wood in your roof remain unpaid. When we informed you of these additional charges, your response was, "I am not paying any extra, if you don't like it I can call my lawyers." It appears you may believe that your lottery winnings entitle you to special considerations. We also note that you have a history of unpaid contracts with other parties, to whom you have expressed similar levels of greediness. It is understandable that you envy individuals who have achieved success through their own efforts.

  I tried to stay local and asked for the services. Was told that my issue is only going to cost about $1200 and they need to stay in business so they book only big paying jobs. Well I know who I won't call if anything big happens. They laughed when I said oh "so screw the little guy then". P.S. Saying I should be happy for local company that finally is seeing success? Well I'm sure you started out with these "small jobs" to get where you are. Whatever though. Now some company from chicago will come out and do free inspection and quote while you keep chasing specifically "big jobs". Seems like you have the extra time to reply online when you could've been here in 2 min for a look seeing that I live 3 blocks away from you . I'll keep spreading the word though. Make it happen? Haha only if it's a big job.

  Hello, You first called and asked for a repair to your fascia. While our current schedule and specialization in full roof replacements prevent us from taking on most repair work, this was communicated to you respectfully. Lastly, as a local, we would have thought that you would be happy that a local business is thriving and you would be able to support a different local roofing company instead of trying to bring down a local company just starting to see success after years and years of hard work. We truly hope that you're able to get the assistance that you are looking for.

  Mr. Mirjat, You refused to pay the final payment for our services and insulted our CEO. We gave you three months to make the final payment for the service, and you still said you had no money to pay. After a year, you called for a leak on your roof. We can't honor our warranties for criminals trying to take advantage of professionals. Your license was revoked for not paying your taxes; how can we trust an individual like you?   The roof is very nice. The color really stands out. Let It Happen really did a good job on roof.id like to say the roofers worked very hard. And Octavio was there for me when I had a question. This company really works hard to make everything right for you. The gutter guys really did a good job too.

  Make it Happen did just that. I had hail damage to my roof and my insurance company originally denied the claim. Pablo from make it happen met the adjuster at the site and was able to point out the problem areas and get the claim approved. …

  I'm typically cautious trusting companies with names like "Make It Happen," but the name fits! I had a small roof job according to the insurance company. Make It Happen not only took on what seemed like a really small job, but found a larger issue and a much bigger job. They took lead on communicating the issues with my insurance company and workingbthrough tue red tape. Now the insurance company to covered the extra work at no extra cost to me. Thank you Pablo and team for making it happen!!

  I can’t say enough about Make It Happen Roofing. Pablo was amazing to work with. I had a very tight time frame of when I could replace my roof, and he work with me to ensure it got done. Communication was great. He clearly explained everything. On the day of the install, the workers showed up on time, worked nonstop, and finished the job in one day! Amazing experience all around!

  The team at Make it Happen rocks! A bad storm rolled through Joliet and greatly damaged my roof, chimney, and back deck. My siding was damaged as well but the insurance company would not cover it because they said it was old and failing anyway. Make it happen replaced my roof, my chimney, my deck AND fought hard to get the insurance to send another substantial check to cover the siding and then some! I am thrilled with how all of this worked out!!! Communication from Pablo and Eddy was on point throughout the entire 60-70 day process. I have practically a new house and thanks to them, it didn’t cost me anything. Happy.

  The team at Make It Happen was easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and guided me throughout the entire insurance claim process.   It can be nerve wracking to get a new roof but Make It Happen helps put you at ease. Pablo and Eddy are extremely knowledgeable and do whatever they can to make the process as seamless as possible. If anyone can make it happen it's them!

  Pablo and Eddy are awesome. I thought we needed a minor repair, but they noticed extensive wind damage. They fought our insurance company and we got a new roof on the house AND garage. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the job they did.

  great experience working with the team at Make It Happen. responded quickly to initial request, came out and gave quote & had project completed much more quickly than I anticipated. friendly and respectful of property, highly recommend calling them for your next project.
