*BEAWARE* This company is a fraud and I DO NOT recommend hiring them! We hired Steve and his team to repair that back part of our roof! Long and behold we still have LEAKING issues after the repairs. My husband called Steve and he said he …

This is an update to my previous favorable rating for Steve and Done Right. Done Right made some repairs to my roof last year and per my contract, the work is warranted for 2 years. I have water dripping from my ceiling and texted Steve …

Called to set up an appointment for them to come out and give us a quote, the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful - assured us we were in great hands and then they never showed up, never called nor followed up. Disappointed.

if I could put a zero I would. I called and spoke to Steve who said he would be out to do an estimate. not only did he not show up he wouldn't answer the calls or text message and never reached out to say he couldn't make it. so if you want unreliable then call and sit around for this company but I wouldn't waste time to consider as they won't show up respond or call you better off calling someone else. had he not been recommended i would have had a back up company come.out but Steve was so convincing he was gonna show up

Very unprofessional company. They talk the talk , work is shoddy and there main objective is to make money off of you. There good at bait & switch.

Didn’t show up for the inspection appointment. I had to call and text several times 30-45 min after the scheduled time only to receive a text back that they are not coming today. Also, the person who picked the phone eventually was …

Done Right Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and very easy to work with. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The quality of the workmanship really stands out—our roof looks great and we feel confident it will last for years. They also took the time to explain the process, answer all of our questions, and provide a fair, transparent estimate with no surprises. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Done Right Roofing to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality roofing services.

They're literally sent from God because I was out front asking how to get my roof fixed and I heard them working the block over and they did a fantastic job went above and beyond what they needed to do and literally told me something no other roofing company suggested! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Helped an 85 year old blind man just patch up what was needed. Very fair price when everyone else in town was trying to screw the old man into a new roof.

Steve is great! He came out on Thursday, looked over the project, gave me a fair estimate and took the job. He came back today (Saturday) and he and Juan knocked the entire project out in four hours, and it's perfect! I'd give him six stars!!

We recently hired Steve and his crew from done right roofing to install our new roof. It was a complicated job, as the roof was old and had many layers of old shingles. So labor was intensive. We were very impressed with their work. The communication was very prompt and service top notch. The crew was lovely and worked solidly and finished a rather difficult job in just a few days. I would highly recommend this company . They also installed all our new gutters. Some minor gutter issues needed a second visit , which they came out to monitor. The cost of a new roof can be a very expensive issue, but I have to say , given the amount of work involved in this job, their prices were very affordable. The owner Steve , himself is a lovely guy , very personable and could not do enough for us. I am planning on using him again in the spring to caulk my windows and do some tuck pointing . In closing, if you want the job done right , literally , these are your guys , their name lives up to its promises. 👍🤗
