  I would not trust this company! I will follow up with more details, screenshots of my conversations/emails… but wanted to warn the general public about this company. I was working with Dean who has completely ghosted me. I initially contacted them in March because I need to fix an opening in my roof that was created by raccoons. I was told that I was on the “top of the list”. I trusted them and did not contact any other roofing companies. It is now July and Dean either does not respond or makes an excuse. Dean and All Roofs cannot be trusted. They are unethical, lie, and mislead you. More to follow.

  Very responsive and came by the same day. Diego quickly walked me through the next steps and gave me a quote. Once I mentioned I would be making an insurance claim to repair the roof, the quote quickly almost doubled.

  We recently had two ladies visit from All Roof Company to give us an estimate — one of them was Jennifer. Unfortunately, our experience was not very pleasant. After discussing their process, we realized that their approach mainly involves contacting your insurance company, taking their quote, and then trying to cover only the roof portion, while leaving out important areas such as the siding and gutters. When we questioned this policy, Jennifer’s attitude turned rather unprofessional and dismissive, which made the overall interaction uncomfortable. It felt like the company’s main focus was on maximizing their profit rather than ensuring a complete and fair repair for the homeowner. I would advise anyone considering them to ask detailed questions upfront about what exactly will be covered and to ensure all parts of your home (roof, siding, and gutters) are properly included before signing anything and avoid signing 10% cause what they had to cut you off.

  My roof was put on by ALL ROOFS about 6.5 years ago. I have tried reaching All Roofs numerous times since January to help me with an issue where frost is all over the inside of my attic. Several contractors have told me that I may have a leak or maybe when the roof was put on the ice/rain shield may not have been replaced, etc. No matter how many times I’ve asked for them to call me back and help me with this issue…. I never get a return call. I am a teacher and single parent. No reason to get a roof through this company that includes a warranty, when you can’t get them to come out and help you when you need it. I guess I’ll have to find another company that can help me and will honor their warranty when they give one! I will probably contact an attorney at this point.

We haven't heard from you since then.   Associates from this business illegally accessed my mailbox to leave flyers in there against USPS regulations on multiple accounts. I would not, and don't believe anyone should, trust an organization who violates laws and ordinance during the conduct of their business to perform any type of work on my property.

  USPS checks all mail that is being sent if you have an issue please reach out to them and let us know what laws have been broken as far trust 100s of homeowners trust and use us but thank you for the review.

  HORRIBLE! This company subs out all of their work, does not communicate well with them and the customer is stuck with shoddy work. Sent a complaint to the BBB, States Attorney's office and getting some legal advise. They should NOT have a license in IL. If you want a headache and leaking ceilings, hire them.

  Since the 1st meet with Mike- I felt uncomfortable. I had him write up at least 3 contracts & still he didn't put our interior damage measurements. Felt very comfortable when I canceled them out. Never met with the roofer. Dishonesty is how I see it.

  Charles Smith from All Roofs inspected my roof after the March 13th storm. My insurance company wanted to do a partial roof repair. Charles disagreed with the insurance assessment of my roof, and he scheduled an appointment with my insurance adjuster to physically go over the damage that he documented from his initial inspection. That meeting of the adjusters worked out great for me. My insurance company signed over a check to start the work that same day. All Roof team did an excellent job and I feel that I moved in a new house. I also had siding damage that Charles make sure that it was addressed and replaced. Thank you All Roofs and Charles Smith. Highly recommend this company !

  I just got a new roof installed working with Charles Smith at All Roofs. On a referral, I reached out to Charles via email. He called me back almost immediately - great start right there! Charles came by my house to view the damage and to set expectations. What I appreciated throughout the whole process is his honesty. I wasn't told I could get new gutters, sidings, and a roof right off the bat. I was told a new roof would likely be approved, and sure enough that's what I got. The best part is that All Roofs fought for almost 3 months to get approval, and they kept me updated throughout. Working with Charles and the All Roofs team was super easy as well. In a nutshell, Charles came by my house, kept me updated from start to finish, and then next thing I knew he was back at my house asking me to pick out the new shingles. Not once did I have to contact my insurance; Charles and All Roofs did all the footwork for me. If you're looking for an honest evaluation and a hard working crew, All Roofs is highly recommended!

  All Roofs just replaced my cedar shake roof with Brava composite shingles. Fantastic experience all around from start to finish. Patric worked with insurance company and kept me informed throughout the process. Luke and installation crew knocked out my roof in 3 days. Hard working, meticulous and respectful crew who kept my outdoor space clean throughout the installation. My new maintenance-free roof looks amazing!

  I had a great experience with All Roofs Inc. From start to finish, the whole process was professional and stress-free. A big thank you to Charles, the salesperson, who took the time to inspect everything, answer all of my questions, and make sure the job was done the right way. He never made me feel rushed and genuinely cared about the quality of the work. I also want to recognize Piter for going above and beyond. My wife was very close to giving birth during the project, and he made sure my family was taken care of throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, addressed any concerns quickly, and made sure everything was completed properly before considering the job finished. The crew did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves, and the finished roof looks great. It’s hard to find a company that stands behind its work and treats customers like family, but All Roofs Inc. did exactly that. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust.

  Had my old roof replaced by All Roofs and was very happy with their work. I worked with Dino and he was very informative, kept to his time frame and set very clear expectations with me. Was very pleased!
