  Sad to be one of the first bad reviews but we scheduled an appointment for a small roof leak to be checked out scared it might cause water damage and or mold, they let us know Tuesday at 9am and then never showed up. 3 weeks later we get …

  I feel like I must have gotten really unlucky. We had a roof inspection done last October with the idea if everything came out okay we'd buy. They found a couple issues which we fixed. They said we had 8 years on the roof. November we had multiple active leaks (I have timestamped photos and emails that will be going to the BBB). I had two additional roofing companies come out. One said they saw magnolias report and it was "honestly a bad report" and they said it must have been a new employee or something because we needed a new roof if we weren't going to fix multiple times before replacing it. The other roofing company said we'd need a new roof as well. Magnolia said it was the inspectors fault and the inspector says he doesnt know of a roofing company that doesnt check the attic (thats what Joe, the owner, told me. They literally dont check the attic unless there's a discrepancy between the home inspector and their inspection). As a new buyer of a house this has been one of the worst experiences as a consumer I've ever had. I feel like I am now stuck with a run down house that I don't feel safe raising my newborn in.

  One star bc apparently the office staff have forgotten how to dial a phone to reschedule appointments. Instead they just show up with no appointment or even a courtesy call. Now I have to reschedule a meeting I had this morning to set my special needs child up at school. The crew of Latin men they sent out to do all the work were very efficient and pleasant. The fact that their vehicle is unmarked and none of them have company clothing makes me suspect they aren't being compensated properly though. Wouldn't use this company again or recommend them to anyone due to the invasive way they conduct business.

  Magnolia Roofing & Remodeling of Columbia, SC installed a new roof on my house along with new gutters. I don't have enough words to express what an outstanding job Joe and his crew did during the installation. Communication with Joe prior to the installation was excellent. His team showed up and worked non-stop to complete the installation. His team was the most polite and hard working crew I have ever seen. Tarps were put around the house to protect all the plants and shubs. They did a fantastic job cleaning up. I would highly recommend Magnoia Roofing & Remodeling. Thank you again Joe for the wonderful job! Mike T

  HIGHLY recommend Magnolia!! They were in and out so fast for a roofing job I needed help with. It only took them 1 day, and there was quite a bit of work that had to be done. They are so kind, trustworthy, charitable. Cannot say enough good things about them.

  Magnolia Roofing did a great job installing our new roof. They did the complete install quickly (two days) and cleaned up all the debris quickly as well. Communication and workmanship was excellent -- we definitely recommend Magnolia Roofing for your roofing needs.

  We had Magnolia handle a roof replacement at our office last year. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, communicative, and kind! Price was reasonable, work completed in a timely manner, and they were great about keeping the area around our office tidy.

  Was selling my home and after inspection I was required to repair my J trim/siding on my home. Only a week left till closing on my property, this repair needed to be done ASAP.   The team did an outstanding job. Arrived early….worked til dusk. Only a short break for lunch. Came back the next day to complete the roof and clean up. Nice group of young men. The following day they came back to check the yard & driveway for nails. I am very happy with my new roof. I highly recommend this company.
