Gave me an estimate. Never scheduled time to fix roof. Did not respond to messages. I am adding to this post on March 18, 2021 - it has been 10 months with no calls or response. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the lack of follow-up. That’s not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we understand your frustration. We’re reviewing what happened on our end and regret that your project was never scheduled. If you're open to it, we’d appreciate the chance to speak and try to make it right.

Had this company replace whole roof and underpinning after Florence in November of 2018. Rep on phone asked if I needed my roof tarped while I waited for them to be able to get to me, I answered yes, they never tarped my roof nor did they do a good job. 10 months later Dorian comes through my shingles folded under and the whole side of the roof was flapping in the wind!! Needless to say my roof was leaking with a brand new roof!! They did not start the roof with starter shingles! That’s why it was flapping in the wind!! Underpinning is all to pieces they used other pieces that wasn’t damaged in the spots where you could see and put the damaged pieces in the spots that you couldn’t see while meanwhile causing damage to other parts of my house! I do not understand all the fantastic reviews that they have! Which is what I went by to hire this company in the first place! Very upset that I did use them! BEWARE of this company!! I do not recommend them! Mike is the one who did all the representations for this company and Rick the owner never called me back himself when I left him a message about the damaged caused by them and the sorry job they had done, he just had Mike come back over. I plan to report this to the BBB! I really wish this review would allow me to post the pictures and video that I have, which indeed was posted on my Facebook page!

Hi, We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your roof and underpinning. However, after reviewing our records, we believe there may have been a misunderstanding — our company did not perform any work on your property in 2018 or at any other time. It’s possible that the company you hired has a similar name to ours (It was Maddox Metal Roofing LLC, with different owners and wasn’t run by us), which we understand can be confusing. We take great pride in our workmanship and customer service, and it’s important to us that concerns like yours are addressed properly — even if they don’t involve our team directly. We’d be happy to help clarify the situation and provide any assistance we can. We wish you the best in resolving this with the correct company and truly hope things are made right for you. Sincerely, Anastasia Maddox Maddox Metal Roofing

We received a very detailed proposal, and the installation of our new metal roof was expertly done and we now can forget about the roof as a maintenance item. The installers were professional and respectful. I’d recommend Maddox Metal Roofing to anyone.
