  Called for a quote on my Flat roof at a commercial building I own the gentleman James I spoke to over the phone once I gave him the address he says we'll pass on that one your roof is probably too far gone so try a smaller local company they may be interested I told him I'm not looking for path work I want a new roof I called another company they quoted me 25k after actually coming out to inspect the roof I'm going with that company

  7/10/2023: First question I ask is do they do residential. They responded with a yes. A person from the company came out on the date above. Went over the issues and agreed with the coarse of action to fix the problem. Mentioned about a day fix. Call the company for a quote the person who answered the phone mentioned the estimator was out. Then proceeded to inform me the cost to chalk 2 areas was 1,500 dollars. I mentioned that was not what was discussed to be the only fix. He then said we do not need your business' and then hang up. The person who came out to look at the job was very professional. I hope the person who answered the phone was not the owner. If I had person who work for me telling my customers we did not need their business' I fire them. If it was the owner who answered the phone I am happy they choose not to do the work. I could see if the work was done poorly to get the issues resolved if he responded like that to me. Just imagine trying to get it fixed talking with a person like that.

  Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. Our notes indicate that we told you that this residential family room roof was not a job that we would normally look at, but that we would send someone over as a courtesy to you because you couldn't get anyone else to look at it. The notes indicate that you had one price for $3,000 but that you couldn't get the contractor to make a site visit. Nevertheless, we inspected this roof free of charge, and offered to do the necessary work at half of the price of your other quote, but you didn't agree with our proposed scope. We can't work together if we can't agree on the scope. If you want the roof repaired per our propsosed scope, please let me know and we'll do it. If you want to explore other options, such as cutting it open to remove flashing or to look under the rubber, that's not something that we can help with. Sincerely, MacDermott Roofing, Inc.

  Josh and Dwayne came out to fix a leak on a previous patch job. Found the issues and got it patched and fixed quickly. Nice and professional guys. Checked all possible areas to ensure nothing else was contributing

  Amazing customer service & amazing workmanship. We had a roof leak and they were able to find the leak and repair it with out the sales pitch for a new roof. Dwayne and Josh are the guys you want for flat commercial roofing repairs!
