M&M Roofing & Exteriors

The only one or two-star review we hold for M&M Roofing & Exteriors.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Very lippy . Entered my neighbors yard to put their ladders and waste WITHOUT permission. Neighbors were at work. This is trespassing. Trespassing is unprofessional and illegal. From what I could see their work has crooked lines and capped sloppily. Many other professional and courteous roofers to choose from.

How’s this: As the owner of M&M Roofing and Exteriors, I appreciate and take very seriously any and all feedback we receive. That said, I’m afraid I must refute the claims made in your unfortunate review. Firstly, you refer to the crew as being “lippy”, and “rude”. This in fact can be easily refuted and proven false by several witnesses, including the homeowner. In fact, while the crew was apologizing for the perceived “trespass”, you verbally attacked them in a curse laden tirade which included, but was not limited to, threatening them with “Rottweilers”. 2) Your claim that your neighbour was at work is in fact also untrue. As a result of our having performed our due diligence, we were aware that said neighbour is in fact living out of province in Ontario, and the home itself actually belonged to their now deceased mother. Any conversation about entry into said property was to have occurred between the homeowner who hired our services and the neighbour in question. The entire issue, and any arrangements made between these parties, had no bearing on your property and thus your opinion was not consulted. 3) while I’m unsure of the vantage point from your home, I can assure you that our roof lines are not “crooked”, nor is the capping “sloppy”. In fact we use a chalk line method that is visible to anyone who cares to look, to avoid this exact issue. After all of this being considered I must ask that you remove your unnecessary and untrue negative review. If you are unwilling to do so, I’m afraid your action constitutes slander, which frankly, I do not, as a business owner, take lightly. “Slander: the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a persons reputation”. While I don’t enjoy the position of legal confrontation, I will always defend the reputation of my company and my crew.

M&M roofing did an outstanding job on repairing my garage roof. They straightened the bow in the roof and walls following by putting down new shingles. Very happy with the final outcome. Great crew, Highly recommend these guys!

We hired M&M roofing to do our shingles on our home and garage - excellent service. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I genuinely appreciated that they were never pushy to get extra things done or to try to over-sell us on stuff we didn't need. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
