Good afternoon, Abed, We believe this review was posted in error. There is a company in Virginia that has a name similar to ours. Unfortunately, we have received calls from siding issues done in new properties completed by them in areas like Reston and Fairfax VA. Although I understand your frustration with them, we are not related to that company in any way. We are located in Frederick MD. We have NOT done any siding job in Virginia. Please go over your invoice, estimate or builder to find the correct company. We kindly ask that you verify and update or remove this review since it was intended for a different company. Our goal is to meet and exceed our customer's expectation in every job and the reviews here can prove it. This review is tagging us incorrectly. Wish you the best and hope this matter gets resolved to you soon. You can try reaching to MJ Restoration based of Virginia here listed below, perhaps they assisted you with your siding. I found the information online 540-755-1242 /Romanss10.17@gmail.com Feel free to call us. We can provide any supplemental information to confirm we are a different company. They came out to install new gutters and gutter guards. Lina was very helpful in setting up the appointment. The work was excellent but months later I had some issues with the gutter guards. I contacted them multiple times and they never came out to fix it. I will never hire them again. Thank goodness another company was able to fix it.

Good afternoon Bison, I am sorry to hear about your experience with us. I have researched and don't have any record of serving you in any gutter work. We would suggest that you confirm the contractor information, there is a company in VA with a name very similar to ours, or provide us a name that could the job be under so we can look further. As of right now, no record is found, but if there is anything we can serve you with, we would be happy to assist you. Gutter guards are helpful to prevent debris inside the gutters but gutter cleaning is still suggested to prevent leaves to accumulate on the top of the gutter guard that could cause other issues with the gutter system. We look forward to hear from you via phone or email. Sincerely, Lina G. M&J Exteriors' owner

I needed to have vinyl siding reattached after a storm blew it off. Called MJ Exteriors phone was answered by a person, we arranged to have someone come out the next day. It was fast, professional and I am well pleased with the result.

Very happy with with the work. The estimate was very professional and gave us all estimated cost so there was nothing hidden. When they they took our gutters down, they showed us what should be replaced. Very good price and everyone was very nice that showed up to my house. Would recommend 10/10 every time.

We recently had new gutters installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lina and her team were fantastic from start to finish – professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and the quality of the installation is excellent. On top of that, they offered a reasonable price and provided a solid warranty for their work, which gave us great peace of mind. Everything looks great and functions perfectly. We highly recommend Lina and her team for anyone looking for reliable gutter installation.

This company is just awesome to work with! They replaced our gutters (4400 sq ft home) and did excellent work. They came early to check that they were using the right color and actually went back to switch colors so they'd be perfectly matched. They were reasonably priced, easy to contact and more than pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!!
