  Just a bad place. Find a different roofing company. Art and Dylon they started work on my grand daughters roof that she did not approve, they did not bother to ask who the homeowner was just took the money and ran. Once they found out that the homeowner did not approve they still continued to rip the old roof off, knock the power line over and put down one coat of foam. Once she put up a negative review they refused to complete any work and bribed her with an extension on the warranty. She still does not like the job they did but only had them complete the job due to needing a roof on the house. UPDATE 05/08/2025: Katherine called my grand daughters boyfriend in efforts to get this negative review removed. She claimed that I, someone with the diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment, is not able to construct such a post. So she was trying to convince him to have my grand daughter tell me to take down the post.

  I called for an estimate a rep called made an appointment , and called me the day of the appointmen and would meet me in a half hour no show. had to call another company to do my roof.

  I would NEVER recommend these guys. They literally want to wait until you have water damage before they'll do a repair on your their work. This company acts like they care about your roof and the service they provide, but they don't. Within three years of our roof replacement we have a fascia board falling apart and even though that is part of the roof, they won't fix it. Apparently it's not a leak (other roofers have said it probably is or could be soon). So it'll cost almost 2,000 dollars for a handyman to replace a single board of fascia that probably should have been replaced when the roof was done based on what the roof looked like at that time. BUT if the handy man has to move the drip edge that goes over the fascia while he repairs it, we have to have Lyons come out and put that part back in place waiting with a tarp until then. Apparently as soon as we signed that satisfaction agreement they don't care. Sorry, next time I'll climb up on the roof and check every single board myself. . . But that would probably be too much traffic on the roof and void the warranty anyway. . . And even though we've been trying to get this repair done since DECEMBER they will probably refuse to do anything if monsoon season makes the already rotten area leak. They're receptionist is very kind, so she earned the gold star.

  The employee took mony from me MR john phillip bednar and his wife and his wife they should do the roof for my home and when I call the company they can't provide any info abut them I believe thy are Partner in crime

  First off to be fair I should say that I am happy with the final product. I had 4 issues, the first was that there was a mistake regarding the starting day. I expected to see the crew on a Monday morning to start on the job (confirmed by the office not the crew leader who I was told to expect a preliminary call from that never happened). The crew showed up two days later to start. The second issue was that a couple of the roof vent caps were bent over during the work and left that way even after multiple requests to address them. Thirdly their billing process is not laid out and has a hostile tone . I paid the requested deposit when the work was scheduled then when the work was completed I waited about a week for a final invoice or billing request. When I did not receive one I cut and sent a check for the remaining balance due. My reward was a letter not from Lyons roofing but one from RCS lien service which was a warning of an impending lien processing (court documents). This was received 2 days after they had deposited my check. Not very Friendly, Nice of them to just assume that legal process would be required to collect a bill I had already paid. Lastly arrangements were made to speak to someone regarding my concerns and when I called I was asked " can I call you back in 20 minutes ?" I agreed, yet my call was never returned.

  Lyons Roofing Co. in Tucson is exactly what you hope for in a roofing contractor: professional, responsive, and genuinely dependable. From the first call, Dylon Wilmot was exceptional, clear about options, timelines, and pricing—no pressure, no vague promises, just straightforward and friendly guidance. He even went above and beyond our expectations in volunteering his own time to come place tarps over the roof leak area, when circumstances unrelated to Lyons delayed the start of our new cement tile roof installation. Dylon and Art Cargola, our project manager, and his crew showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly throughout the process, and kept the jobsite clean and organized. The friendly crew worked efficiently and their craftsmanship is obvious—everything looks sharp, properly finished, and built to last. What stood out most was how seriously they attended to even small details. If you want a roofing company in Tucson that’s honest, punctual, and delivers high-quality work, I’d absolutely recommend Lyons Roofing Co.

  Dylan communicated well about his arrival times. He showed up on time, was pleasant, professional and did a good job inspecting and reporting on our roof. He then presented 3 options and costs and answered all questions. He followed up by email within minutes of leaving.

  The Sales rep from Lyon Roofing, Dillion, was very courteous and didn’t try to upsell with things that I knew from friends and family, hadn’t worked here in Tucson like ridge vents that other family have seen leak because of monsoon. He offered several solutions for our roof that are great for our budget and let us choose the one best for us. We greatly appreciate his forthright open attitude.

  Dylon (Roof Inspector) was Great! Really Nice and explained what would need to be done. Price is Great for the repair job. Roofers Octavio and Hector were Great and Professional! They were efficient and did Great Quality Work! Would recommend Lyons Roofing to others!
