Based on limited interactions with a person named Taylor at this company, the customer service isn’t very friendly. He might have been having a bad day. The experience was enough to not have any desire to work with this company

Excellent company to work with the great work and explain everything that needs to be done. And shows you wonderful pictures so you know what you need for your roof.

I just had my roof completely redone by Lucky Llama Roofs and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial estimate through the final cleanup, the team was professional, communicative, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was done efficiently and the quality shows. Everything looks great and was done right. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, I'd highly recommend Lucky Llama Roofs.

Professional and knowledgeable team across the board! Great communication helped us feel comfortable while getting our roof fixed. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with contractors so it was refreshing to work with a company and team that is so on top of things!

I've known about pieces of shingles appearing in my lawn & I always said NO when people asked to do my roof. I had done that work as a teen & occasionally until the last 20 years so I knew the how. When Randy appeared on my porch, I knew it was time to get it fixed. The estimate was within my means & since I couldn't do it any more, I said yes. I've not regretted it for a moment since. Talk about fast, efficient, and quality work! They inspected because my concerns about safety & codes & assured me all was within code & they were very careful. They cleaned everything up really well. 5 star work! I recommend them to everyone!
