  Title: Terrible After-Sales Service and Unfulfilled Warranty Promises ​I am extremely disappointed with Low Cost Roofing and their lack of accountability when honoring their work warranty. ​After noticing serious issues with the roof installation, I reached out to have them inspect and repair the defective work. What followed was a weeks-long pattern of delays, missed appointments, and excuses. ​Constant Delays & No-Shows: I had to take multiple days off work to meet with them, only for appointments to be repeatedly postponed, rescheduled at the last minute, or missed entirely. ​Lack of Communication: Promises were made to provide a repair schedule and come fix the issues, but days went by with zero response or updates. ​Failure to Resolve Issues: Despite multiple texts, calls, and follow-ups giving them ample opportunity to make things right, the defective roof remains unfixed. ​Getting a contractor to respond and honor their warranty work should not require constant chasing and stress. Save yourself the headache and hire a company that stands behind their work and respects their customers' time. PS: The company still didn't contact me back or fix my roof and NOT pick up my call.

  Called 4 times about an issue. No response.

  Sorry Ally, but we did speak twice. First time I told you I couldn't find you in our system and you told me that we did the work for the homeowners before you. The second time we talked about the hail damage that happened during a storm. I let you know that our warranty did not cover hail damage, as no company covers hail damage. That something you're insurance company would have to look at. If it was a labor problem we would of taken care of it even know our labor warranty was over. Sorry

  The work was fine. However, a couple weeks later I sustained more damage and called them to arrange repairs under an insurance claim. I called twice, they haven't bothered to call back. I assume if I'd had a problem with their work this …

  Rob is the man! Him and his crew did our roof in a day and took care of the spots that were leaking. They were quick, affordable and did great work!! I highly recommend them!

  A great company. We have had them install two roofs for us now. Can't sat enough good things about them. You will not be disappointed if they do your roof.

  Did my house Channahon around 2015. Did great work and didn't charge too much from what I heard vs my neighbors contractors. So all in all super pleased and even started them on my newest house.

  Had a roof put on my house and garage. Guys were very professional, fast, and affordable. I was very please with this company. 2 of my neighbors also contacted them and had their roofs replaced. Highly recommend giving them a call.

  2 appointments for estimate on garage roof replacement. called with excuses why they couldn't make it. Off ice is located less than half a mile of my home! Never heard back!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!! Gave them a 2nd chance and they came thru changed my rating to 4 stars

  Rob, Kevin and their crew did a great job on our roof replacement. They were very respectful of our property and made sure there was no debris left behind. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality roof work at a reasonable cost.

  I have just had my roof, gutters and downspouts replaced by Low cost roofing. They did a great job, They were prompt, courteous, and left my property clean and nail free. And their price was right.I highly recommend them. Dr. Gary Michalowski
