  ****Update - Rather than addressing the community's concerns about what multiple people observed as reckless and dangerous driving by their staff, the owners appeared to focus on getting this review removed through repeated reports instead of responding to the issue itself. Shortly afterward, there was a sudden influx of five-star reviews from accounts that are located in another country, which, in my opinion, seemed intended to bury recent negative feedback. Potential customers should take that into consideration when evaluating this company's online reputation. If this is how criticism is handled, it raises concerns about how customer issues might be addressed. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Original Review: Today we observed a white pickup truck displaying Savage Roofing decals driving from Plainfield through Crest Hill on Renwick Road. The driver was tailgating, speeding, and repeatedly cutting off other vehicles. The most alarming incident occurred when the truck sped down the median and then nearly sideswiped a vehicle in the left lane, almost forcing it into a semi-truck. The vehicle they nearly hit had children inside. Afterward, I looked at the company's social media and saw that they operate multiple different colored branded trucks, but their sales manager has a white one identical to the one we witnessed. Regardless of who was driving, this was a company vehicle representing the business, and the behavior was extremely concerning. I also noticed several reviews from the past year describing similar reckless driving by company vehicles. While the company has responded to those complaints, the fact that similar reports continue to appear suggests the issue has not been effectively addressed. The driving we witnessed was dangerous and could easily have resulted in a serious accident.   Almost got side swiped by one of your drivers in a white truck with savage roofing decals on it and letters across top of windshield. They continued to speed down the road tailgating and weaving out of traffic without even signaling. Please get this addressed before someone gets seriously hurt!

  Needed a quote for 2 shingles missing. Someone came out and looked at my roof and promised they get back to me with a quote. I emailed them, got no response. Why waste everyones time.

  Their aggressive driving says a lot about the attitude they bring to their customers. Recklessly driving around with your company name plastered on your truck is unprofessional and honestly pretty embarrassing. Do better!

  Just had my roof, gutters, fasia and Siding done by Savage and couldn't be happier. They were professional and reliable. Roof and siding was completed in 1 day and my yard was super clean afterwards. Danny the owner and his team were super easy to work with. This was an insurance claim through state farm and they got everything approved.🙌 if you are looking for a professional company for repairs for you home go with Savage they will not disappoint.

  They answered my call and email right away and had someone at my home within days. They checked my roof and said it was a minor issue and fixed it for me right then and there. They were friendly and really helpful. I would totally recommend Savage roofing to those that are looking to get their roof looked at or done.

  I was outside struggling by myself with a tree that fell in my yard, and I see this big loud truck go by… not gonna lie I wanted him to stop and help me. I was even going to pay. But before I got the thought out of my head I saw the truck stop. Go in reverse and stop right in front of me. And that’s when a gentleman named Kyle. He didn’t even hesitate he got out of his truck grabbed his chainsaw and asked me if I could use his help. What would have took me 2 days this man helped me within 45 min. So thankful for this guy. He took zero dollars and asked to a review on Google. Which I don’t do. But i am so grateful. And he’s my neighbor!!! Unfortunately, I didn’t need a roof….. A car maybe… but what a good guy representing this company. And what a great neighbor.

  Brian who provided cost was knowledgeable and informative. I was expecting you need this and that, provided realistic costs. After approvals, workers were on-site in few weeks. Roofers did excellent job and past my expectations. Very professional workers and kudos for working in hot sun. Recommend for anyone needing roof done.
