  We set up 2 different appointments and had communication the whole time for them to come out and look at/give us an estimate for damage from a storm. Both times were set up. No call no show the first time. They said im sorry and rescheduled. Again this time and day comes up, again no call no show again. I reached out several times, texted and called the guy that was supposed to come numerous times and no response from anyone at all again. They ghosted us. I find this insanely unprofessional. How does a company stay open and who else have they done this to. So unbelievable.

  ZERO stars! Awful company. You replaced all the roofs in Crystal Creek subdivision!!!

  Made an appointment for them to come out but they never showed up. Called twice but obviously a small job is not worth their time. Would be nice if someone would just come out and say that. Lady that answered the phone was nice

  I had Mueller roofing out to inspect my roof, and give a quote. While inspecting he found some missing shingles up there and was going to send a quote for that too. I did receive both quotes and i replied saying we wanted to move forward with the small repairs. He responded promptly saying he would get us on the schedule. After that, no communication. We sent over 2 more emails and numerous phone calls, but no response. So unless you’re looking for a major repair, you are not worth their time.

  Would not recommend. Called to have someone come out and check the roof, give us a quote. We had a specific time set up due to my husband's work schedule, a guy came over an hour early, took out a ladder, I'm assuming looked at the roof, but we heard nothing afterwards. After calling numerous times to see if someone had a quote or if someone was even going to come back, we received nothing. The lady in the office kept saying, "oh he'll call you," but still received nothing. This was over a month ago now and what do you know? We still have not received a call. It's sad when you see the company posted everywhere but their communication lacks immensely. Very disappointing.

  Absolutely terrible customer service! Got an estimate and then nothing... Finally got thru to someone and got a response. I signed estimate and emailed back. That was Dec 13th and still nothing. Unless you have complete tear off and replacement I guess your job isn't good enough. Mine was a small job so, no follow up or completion!

  We used Mueller roofing 10 or so years ago to have a new roof put on our house. They also installed an aluminum fascia & soffit & new gutters & downspouts. Thought they did a great job so decided to give them the first shot at a quote for our garage roof & fascia & soffit & gutters. Came out & looked at the project & said he would have a quote for me via email in a couple of days. Never received it so called back & said he would get it to me by Wednesday. Never got it so decided to go with another company. I will never use them again & tell everyone I know the same thing. Terrible way to do business in my opinion.

  I'm still waiting for some type of on going service from Levi. I have made several phone calls on follow up and I get excuse after excuse or locally back as promised. Really where is the service to complete my project. I would prefer honest and reliable customer service. This has been going on for months now.

  Levi was very fast at responding to my request and was very knowledgeable. They fit me in their schedule right away. Went the extra mile and made sure the job was done right. Very impressed with the results and how well they cleaned up. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

  This company is so easy to work with. They did an awesome job on my roof. My Mueller rep goes above and beyond to help. They left the yard clean of all roofing materials. I highly recommend them.

From the start, Adam demonstrated a level of professionalism, knowledge, and honesty that immediately stood out.   We had a down spout damaged from the weather that needed to be repaired. I called Phil and he sent someone the same day to repair. Denzel came out and did a great job repairing the down spout. This is a great company I have used them two other times in the past and you can't beat the service and pricing. Great Job! Thanks

  If I could add more stars I would. Levi went above and beyond to help with getting our roof replaced after being failed by many people. He was able to understand out situation and get the roof up before a deadline that was provided. I would recommend him to everyone! Thank you again!!!

  Mueller roofing is quick and efficient and does a great job. Levi Brock, who was in charge of our roof is a good Christian, honest and will advocate for you with the insurance company when they try to get out of paying what they should. He gives seniors a break and can give breaks if you have a neighbor who wants to be roofed at the same time. He knows the ordinances in the city that can help you get your roof paid for when the insurance company doesn’t want to pay. He’s who you want to have do your roof.

  Levi Brock and the roofer’s that work for Mueller did a great job on our house on my house and garage a few years and they stand by their work. I had the roof replaced, new gutters and facia added along with gutter guards and new siding upstairs. Great customer service and great quaility work.

  The work for the most part looks very nice. But, I had to have them come back multiple times to fix items. The work still isn't correct but I was bullied to tell me it was. Not worth the fight or time at this point.
