We had some bad storms June of 2025 which lead to some roof damage and water leaking into our garage. We reached out to TTLC for a quote end of October for a quote (we initially worked with a different company who ghosted us). I expected that things would move slowly as our insurance company was fighting a full replacement versus just patching the roof. However, by end of December I still didn't have an intial formal quote from TTLC and was notified that the person I was working with had to take an emergency family leave and my claim was moved over to someone else. I totally understand but it took about another month for the new person to get that intial claim and contact with my insurance. It took another 4 months going back and forth with the insurance but luckily they were able to get the insurance to do a full replacement. The work was scheduled quickly and done June 2026. The roof itself turned out good. When they showed up to start the work no one bothered to speak to me or update me. Which isn't a huge issue. However, at the end of the day I noticed that the pipe that connected to our water heater and out the roof was dangling from the ceiling and debris was everywhere. The exhaust vent tube for the water heater was ripped out from the ceiling, and ripped the bolt heads off that attached the tube to the water heater tank. So the remainder of the bolts were stuck in the tank.. Luckily my husband is very mechanically inclined and was able to make a repair and reconnect it. I mentioned this to our project manager as we had a final walk through scheduled coming up. He didn't even acknowledge the damage or my concern. When it came to the final walk through my husband was in the bathroom and didn't hear him knock. No one bother to call me or my husband but instead texted that they could reschedule. I reached out multiple times to reschedule with no answer but was eventually texted by someone else that once again my claim was being worked on by someone else. I attem

I originally contacted TTLC for a simple fascia replacement following storm damage. After their assessment I was steered into a full roof replacement, which I proceeded with in good faith through my insurance claim. After the roof was completed, the first rain produced multiple leaks inside my home — something that had never happened once in the history of my ownership. When I reported this, TTLC sent someone out for a visual inspection only. Half ass water test was performed. They identified a void in the siding as the probable cause and applied a speculative caulk repair without any diagnostic testing to confirm the entry point. The upstairs area where water intrusion was actively occurring was never tested at all. Beyond the leak issue, communication throughout this project has been consistently poor. Follow-up emails(no such thing) and texting required multiple attempts to get responses, and getting straight answers required significant persistence on my part. The bottom line: I now have a brand new roof and more leaks than I started with. A reputable roofing company would perform a proper water test to identify the source before declaring themselves not at fault. That has not happened here. I hope TTLC resolves this properly and I will update this review if they do.

Don't know where you people got my number from but you can lose it. I don't appreciate random calls and texts trying to set up an appointment that I never requested, from a company I've never reached out to, about a roof that my condo association is responsible for....

So I waited awhile before posting this but this company is not good to work with. I had them replace my roof and siding but they did such a bad job that they had to come back twice and do it. Also once you set this up they won’t answer calls or communicate unless it’s to pick up a check. After that there’s no walk thru on the finished work and no repair on anything that wasn’t finished. Also add to that minimal cleanup . I found so many nails and garbage scattered . Very scary if you have dogs and don’t want them to get hurt. Unprofessional company. I don’t think I was asking for much for an expensive job. Be forewarned.

Do not use them for insurance claims for your roof. They claim that they can get you your roof through insurance, but when you try to schedule the adjuster to be there with their contractor, it doesn't exist or you get an excuse. Then out of nowhere you get pushed off to another person. On the day that they actually show up I try to give them the information that they needed they go oh I'll ping you when I have time. Um excuse me I have it right here and take the info. I even asked TTLC for a quote for the roof without going through insurance and falls on deaf ears. I WILL NEVER USE THEM.

This company caused more damage to our home than the actual roof repair addressed. From the beginning, the insurance claim they initiated brought us nothing but trouble — major insurers have since declined to cover us, and our premiums have skyrocketed as a result. During the roof replacement, debris from the old roof was carelessly scattered across the property. This resulted in damage to our decorative lights, broken downspouts (which they never returned to repair), and numerous nails left behind that caused tire damage. Their behavior was highly unprofessional. It became clear they were more interested in cashing in on the insurance payout than providing quality service. To make matters worse, they even had an attorney send threatening emails over a balance that was never discussed or agreed upon. Avoid this company at all costs. They are not worth the headache.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Louie and the team at TTLC. When we needed work on our roof done, we spoke to a couple of different companies, and TTLC was by far the right choice. If you are looking for a company of integrity who is with you every step of the way, always available to answer questions, and fights for you, that is exactly what you’ll get from Louie and his team. Cannot recommend enough!

I live in a HOA area and on July 3rd my smoke detector went off and under investigation I found out that my detector upstairs had water in it. I was in a panic because we all know electric and water don't mix. I called my HOA thinking it was a roof leak but no one helped me. I called TTLC because I was scared of having a fire, and they were so kind, told me not to worry and they would help. I was thinking just a tarp maybe until things could get repaired properly. Kyle Luke came out went in my attic and told me it was condensation. I said ok thank you so much. I'm so relieved. I was so worried about a fire. They put my mind at ease and I'm so grateful for their help. God Bless You Both. Deborah

TTLC crews are currently active in these areas and are available to inspect homes for potential storm damage. If your property was in the storm path, it is recommended to have a professional inspection to identify any issues early.Mar 10, 2026
