We had an awesome experience with Local Roofing & Exteriors! They just completed a full roof replacement for us and we were very impressed. The crew showed up ready to work, hustled from start to finish, and had the entire job done in just one day. The owners are great people, the whole process was smooth, and most importantly, our new roof looks fantastic. We love supporting a local West Chester company that takes pride in their work. Great people, great crew, great results. Highly recommend Local Roofing & Exteriors!

Thank you so much for the kind words! It means a lot to hear the crew showed up ready to work and that the whole process felt smooth for you. We take a lot of pride in the finished product, so knowing the new roof looks great to you is the best feedback we could ask for. Supporting local goes both ways, and we appreciate you trusting a West Chester company with your home. If you ever need anything down the road, we’re here🙌🤩

After several horrible experiences trying to find a competent and trustworthy company to address some pretty serious (inside of my house) leak issues related to a flat roof that needed to be replaced - I was THRILLED to connect with Local. Jeff came out quickly to inspect my roof, and with little fuss (and NO scammy sales tactics) informed me of what exactly was going on, and why. He immediately pointed out multiple roof & gutter related issues that could be addressed as possible causes of the leaking, as well as suggesting a creative solution that encompassed all of the repairs (and gave me an ENTIRE brand new roof) - for less than a third of the budget of what a different company had proposed. The whole team is pleasant, genuinely friendly, clearly loves what they do (yay roofs!) and just overall on-point with scheduling and getting the contract in order ... and best of all, the leaking has completely stopped. Bonus points for my air conditioning being frigid cold this summer - I had no idea how badly my house was drafting until it wasn't anymore. Thank you all! Don't get a housing project done until you get a second opinion or proposal from Local first, or in addition to, the other companies you are talking to!

Karen, this absolutely made our day. Thank you for trusting us with a problem that had clearly put you through the wringer with other companies first. Jeff loves a good “why is this actually leaking” puzzle, so getting to find the real fix instead of just selling you a roof was the whole point. And we are cracking up about the frigid AC bonus points, that drafting was working against you the entire time. The brand new roof was the cherry on top. We genuinely appreciate you, and that second-opinion advice at the end is exactly what we’d tell our own family. Enjoy the cold air and the dry ceilings.

Amazing customer service, very flexible and fair. Fortunately, now we shouldn’t have roofing problems anytime soon, but would recommend to a neighbor.

Local Roofing & Exteriors did a great job on my house. They came out, walked the roof, showed me pictures of what was actually going on up there, and gave me a fair price. Crew got it done in a day and the cleanup was spotless. Couldn’t ask for more.

Called Local Roofing and Exteriors after noticing some issues with my roof and Natalie got me scheduled for an inspection right away. The whole experience was super smooth from start to finish. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and were honest about what actually needed to be repaired instead of trying to upsell me. Really appreciated how reliable and professional the team was throughout the process!! If you’re in West Chester and need anything from a roof repair to a full roof replacement or siding repair, I’d definitely recommend them.
