Zack came out to my house to give me a quote and said he was going to send me over a quote the same day or the following day, followed up several times and haven't heard from him and its been a few weeks...extremely poor communication...

Hello Ryan, Our apologies! Zach had left our company and we dropped the ball on handing off your file. We have assigned you to Jim and he has sent over the quotes you requested. Please let us know if we can assist further.

Beware if you want to spend 10 grand on a lumpy roof this is your company. 6 months after my roof replacement you could see every roof beem and they refuse to fix it. 6 months! They never said my plywood was bad before putting on the new shingles and I paid extra for better shingles. What kind of roofing company puts a new roof on bad plywood?? I thought my roof would last. I guess I should have used Frank's roofing from the beginning now my roof is all wavy and I need to pay more than 10 grand to fix it.

I would like to personally recognize and highly recommend Lloyd Roofing Company for their outstanding service, professionalism, and integrity. Noel, the owner, personally came out to meet with me, inspected my roof, and provided a repair estimate. Before ever contacting Lloyd Roofing, Noel came highly recommended by my neighbor, who described him as an extremely honest person who does excellent work and truly stands behind his company and his employees. After my own experience, I can say that recommendation was absolutely accurate. The repair team, Enrique and Armando, who came out to complete the actual work, were outstanding. They were professional, thorough, respectful, and took pride in making sure the job was done correctly. Their attention to detail and work ethic truly stood out. As a retired law enforcement officer and veteran, I greatly value honesty, accountability, and pride in one’s work. In today’s world, it is refreshing to see a company where the owner and employees not only care about the quality of their work but also stand behind what they do. Thank you to Noel, Enrique, Armando, and the entire Lloyd Roofing team for providing excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Companies like this are becoming harder to find, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust. A true 5-star experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏

Highly recommend Lloyd's Roofing. From my initial meeting with Noel, I knew I was in good hands. The crew showed up on time, very friendly and cleaned up when they left. Lauren kept me up to date on what to expect and when it will happen. Im very happy with my new roof!

Highly recommend!! Beautiful work!! Our tile roof repair from Lloyd Roofing came out so well that it's difficult to tell what was repaired - just blends right in with the rest of our 2 year old tile!! The crew was patient, respectful, skilled, efficient, and overall a real pleasure to deal with!! In addition, they left the work site very clean! Thanks so much:-)
