I am very disappointed with my experience. After discussing the roofing project and attempting to schedule the work, I repeatedly followed up for updates and received little to no communication in return. A contractor’s professionalism is reflected not only in the quality of their work, but also in their responsiveness and customer service. Unfortunately, I was left waiting without clear answers or a timeline, making it difficult to plan the project. If a contractor is unable to take on a job, a simple and timely response would be appreciated. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of communication and follow-through.

Wow what a great job and the guys were very professional, Mark ( sales ) was very personable and was easy to work with. Now the new metal roof and the evestrough is the talk of the neighborhood. Also it upgrades our home to a much nicer look and worry free.

With our traditional shingled roof leaking in multiple places, we decided it was time for a new roof rather than several patch jobs. We've had metal roofing in other properties and like their look and other benefits. Lifetime Metal Roof Inc is out of Mississauga, and their quote was much better than both metal roof and GAF roof estimates. The install team were great and the resulting roof looks fantastic after a full day's effort. We highly recommend Mark, Valentine, and the rest of this company.

I got the contact information from a friend of mine and all throughout the process I can say I had a great experience. Picking out the colour and items I wanted for my house and just the constant and consistent communication was amazing. …

Choosing a metal roof was a big investment for us, so we wanted to make sure we chose the right company. From the very beginning, we felt confident we had made the right decision. Everyone was friendly, honest, and easy to work with, and they took the time to answer all of our questions. The installation crew was hardworking, respectful, and paid close attention to every detail. They kept the property clean throughout the project, and the finished roof looks even better than we imagined. It’s given our home a whole new look, and we have peace of mind knowing it’s built to last. We truly appreciate the quality of the workmanship and the excellent customer service we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful, durable metal roof. Thank you for making the entire experience such a positive one!

Amazing job. I am so happy with how the work was completed. The crew was fantastic. They were very careful not to damage anything on our property or the neighbours. Once the work was complete they cleaned up thoroughly. I have a large roof …

We are so happy with our metal roof and the experience with Lifetime Metal Roof Inc. We had been comparing prices for months and were hesitant when we saw the quote from Mark. We had many follow up questions, went to the warehouse and asked more questions. Mark was patient, kind and mostly responsive (there was a week or two that he was unavailable but we think he had a health issue!). The contract was detailed and transparent and the product itself was great. Mark gave us references and we checked them out, it gained our confidence. His install team were hardworking and did an amazing job. We did the roof, soffits and facia and our neighbours can't stop telling us how great the house looks now. The warranty is comparable to everyone in the business. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and we are so grateful that we had to work done by Lifetime Metal Roof!

Highly recommend if you need a new roof. They did an amazing job. They worked long hours for three days doing roof, facia, soffits and eavestroughs. I’m really happy with the work they did and great value for the price. Really updates the house and have had many compliments plus warranty for 55 years!
