  I arranged for an estimate to replace my roof. Sam came out on Saturday and did the measurements etc. He did a great job. We spent 90 minutes up on the roof discussing options. He stated I would have an estimate on Monday. I didn't receive anything. I waited patiently and after a week I sent an email to the company. I got a response stating that it got missed somehow and that I would have it the next day. I didn't hear anything for another 2 days so I moved on to another, more professional contractor. Total waste of my time.

  Would not recommend. Your neighbors would hate you for hiring these guys. Fully blocked my driveway for hours out and was using my driveway as a work area while working on my neighbors house, none of which I had a problem with because people need to get stuff done. Later they parked another long work van in a non-parking spot partially blocking my driveway. When approached to ask not to do that in the future, because it created a road hazard from blocking out view to the traffic for me, got a rude unprofessional response telling me there was enough space for me to get out if I needed. All of this while there was ample parking available in the neighborhood including on the opposite side of the street. Professionalism is not their strong suit.

  I hired Lifetime Flat Roofs two separate times for different projects. I worked with Adam and Dominique on my upper deck project and again years later for my Bath House rebuild due to storm damage. I would not hesitate to hire them again to replace my flat roof with IB. Both Adam and Dominique have the knowledge and experience to get the job done with quality results.

  We did a whole roof project, and highly recommended this guys. The communication was super smooth and Adam was responsive for every question we have. The job was done thoroughly with good details. Came for warranty checks FAST even for windows that is not related to the project. Will definitely use them again in the future.

  Owner Adam made a thorough inspection of our third story condo building roof as we made plans for a PVC overlay. His competitive bid reflected LifeTime’s commitment to quality work at a fair price. Communication throughout our project was clear and informative. The crew was great, working efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. I highly recommend LifeTime for its deep track record of quality roofing and for working with our HOA start to finish.

  I had contacted Adam, the company owner, to assess our roof conditions. Adam was very thorough when inspecting the roof, providing a fair assessment of what needed to be done. We analyzed several bids by other companies and decided to pursue a roof replacement with Lifetime Flat Roofs after several conversations with Adam, who was always ready to provide explanations and suggestions on the project. The crew charged with the roof replacement did a great job with showing on time, respectful of the property and the neighborhood, and staying on the task until completion. We were kept informed about progress at all times by the foreman, Alec. The positive experience was also enhanced by the contacts with the officer manager, Katy, who kept us abreast of the timing of the project and handled the administrative side after completion. All in all we have had a positive experience with Lifetime and the roof replacement process. Of course, we will be even more pleased once we pass the rain test after our dry and hot summer! Yes, we definitely would recommend Lifetime.

  This is the most amazing company! The work was above and beyond and done in a day! If you are looking for reliable friendly quality service this is the company you should check in to.   We had a slow leak in the valley that caused rot on our low-sloped roof that showed up as a leak in our ceiling. The company that originally installed the roof about 15 years ago came out to inspect it and all they did was confirm there was a leak but did nothing in terms of follow-up for repair. My neighbor had Lifetime do his roof and recommended them for their good work and competitive pricing. Adam was great all the way through in terms of scheduling, follow-up, explaining the process and estimates and costs. Sam came out to investigate the issue and did a thorough job figuring out what was causing the leak and offered repair solutions. He brought me up to the roof to show me other areas with potential issues due to poor original installation. Seams were coming up, there were soft spots due to improper sheathing installation, etc. He even did temporary repairs on the spot and I never got charged for his time. I decided that after talking with Adam, it was best to go ahead and get a new roof installed. He even knocked some $ off the estimate in order for me to accept it. We agreed that anything additional to the estimate like sheathing repair would be charged at time and wholesale cost of materials. Adam updated me on a nearly daily basis the cost of the extras. The final invoice reflected what was agreed upon and was completely fair. Chris and his team worked as hard as any group of workers I've seen. They showed up everyday they said they would and on time or EARLY!! Chris was very communicative and explained everything they were doing and took me up to the roof as well. We talked every morning when they arrived and every night before they left. They put in a few 12 hour days to get the job done in a timely manner. The crew worked well together, they were proficient and courteous. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. If you need a new low-sloped or flat roof, these are the guys to go to!!

  Lifetime Flat Roofs did an amazing job of helping me understand my options for roof replacement. They demonstrated expertise and created trust, and worked with me to find an option within my budget. I especially appreciated Adam's detailed walkthrough of each aspect of the roof replacement and his assessment of what was the appropriate course of action versus overkill.

  Excellent job! My roof was many years over due, built in 1967. The previous owner should have replaced it! Lot's of damage, on my flat roof; more than I was aware of! It took longer to install due to all the damage, and cost was more because of it! Still, I am so happy with the results, it was worth it! I have a "life time warranty"; so glad to know I won't have to go through this again! These guys worked hard, and did a great job! I'm happy I chose them! Rob Compton, from the company, did a great job getting it all arranged and supervised. So don't put it off people, get it done! Life Time Roofing, did an outstanding job! 👍

  Highly recommend. They have a great product + warranty, professional staff & quick turn-around We had a leaking flat roof deck, so they sent a consultant out to view the roof within the week & issued a prompt quote within a few days The job was scheduled within the month and rain delayed the job by one day. The crew was large and they all worked well together. The entire roof was ripped off & fully replaced in one day and minimal roof rot was replaced as they went. They worked over twelve hours getting it all done & made sure everything was sealed up nicely before they left Before they left, they proactively did a quick inspection of one of the other roofs and noted a few issues with it that could lead to premature failure; this was so nice of them! Great communication from start to finish with all of our questions & concerns -- they even took calls late on Friday evening for our early Monday start date
