  Did not appreciate the solicitor coming to my house with a “no soliciting” sign and proceeding to nearly walk into my garage. When I asked if I could help him (because he was about to walk into my garage) he said he was coming around to see if we needed roof or house repairs. I said we were not interested. He proceeded to mock me as he walked away and said “yeah yeah yeah”. I have video if needed. Completely unprofessional.

  This is Jeremy one of the owners of Lifestyle. I would ask that you send me the video and let me handle the issue internally. If one of our canvassers is rude I can let them go. It’s not fair to my company to get negative reviews for things we don’t have control over. I don’t have a name of the person or anything to rectify the situation and make it right. I have nothing to go on other than your account of the situation. Are you sure it was even my company who knocked on your door? Do you have a business card?   After reading all positive reviews on google I decided to call and set up appointment for a free estimate, I got a call back on the same day and they told me they will come next day in the morning after checking 2 houses. The never came or call, I was waiting all morning and nothing. I called them back and asking what happen, this person that answered the phone which I can verily understand his name, never apologize for no calling back or showing at home for the estimate. So I decided not to make business with Life Style Roofing that do not care about their new customers at all very unprofessional. NO RECOMMEND AT ALL.

  I have tried multiple times and my husband has tried to use their services and we have been very unsuccessful. My first experience I had a salesman treat me with disrespect because I do not do this for a living and was not knowledgeable and now my husband can’t even get the other salesman to answer calls or texts and management appears to not care as well because they won’t call or message either. Update: spoke with supervisor Chris whom advised myself and my husband our insurance claim wasn’t worth the time because there wasn’t enough money in it. Would not challenge insurance for them to adjust was just done. And so are we. Disgusted. In response to yours: I am glad that you (Chris)have had a chance to calm down and voice your opinion in this Matterhorn. I am taking a chance by responding as you made it clear to myself and my husband that you will me pursing legal proceedings. I thought we finished the phone call this morning on a n established note that you made it very clear that you were not going to have anything to do with us outside of suing us and garnishing our wages if we are employed. I specifically told you I was calling to reconcile and potentially remove my review as you made it clear that it was not standard because we did not fully receive services from your business. I apologize for the trouble this has caused and I apologize for our “ignorance” in this matter. I will admit this is in fact our first time to experience something of this nature.

  You called us and we sent Trent to your trailer to help you file a claim with your insurance on your roof and other damage. After the initial claim was filed you refused to give the claim number to Trent so he could not follow up with the insurance, and help with the claim. You didn't allow us to do our job by meeting with the adjuster and getting your job approved. You thought you could do it on your own and you got partially denied. This is why it’s so important to have a roofer at the property during the adjuster appointment to make sure the insurance pays is enough to cover the damages. Trent told you this. Now that your partially denied you want us to go to battle with your Insurance company for you, after you refused to let us meet with them in the first place. If you would have read our agreement it states " this does not turn into a contract until we meet with your adjuster and help get you approved" since you refused to give us the claim number up front and let us meet with your adjuster you breached your contract with us. Your insurance denied part of the claim that has nothing to do to with us because you didn’t involve us in that process. If you would had called Trent to meet the adjuster at your Trailer it would have turned out differently for you. It is our job to work off the insurance proceeds. Since the insurance didn’t pay you enough you need to hire a PUBLIC ADJUSTER because that is what they do. You need a licensed public adjuster to go after the insurance for you. We don’t do that because we are not public adjusters. Please take down this slanderous review BECAUSE WE DID NO WORK FOR YOU. We do not deserve to have a review like this especially when you refused to involve us, until after you got partially denied.

  Jeremy and his team had completed multiple projects for several family members, so I knew I was in good hands when I reached out to him have work done on my home. Jeremy inspected my roof for hail damage and was honest about what he saw. After inspection, he explained the roof did not sustain major damage and he did not pressure me to purchase a new roof like so many companies do. I had Jeremy install new guttering on my house and it fit flawlessly with my roof and existing gutters. I also had Jeremy install an elaborate French drain system to address flooding issues on my property. His team discussed the best option to address the flooding issues and the details of the installation process. I could not have asked for a better experience when dealing with Jeremy and his team. The work that was done was carefully planned, on time, and within budget. I would highly recommend Jeremy and his team for home improvements you may be considering. - Bryce

  Chris Stone is a great roofer. He is always on an inspection anytime I call. He is quick and efficient with getting me information on any property I need, and as a real estate agent, that is huge! I highly recommend working with Chris!

  We’ve work with Lifestyle for years now. They’re always so good to come out and check our roof for us after storms when we think there might be some issues and complete and necessary repairs we need. They never try to sell us on anything!

  I had two roofers stop by and inspect my roof and said that we had damage. Jeremy inspected the roof and showed me photos and helped throughout the insurance process and even helped with the mortgage company.

  I recently had them replace my roof due to hail. I worked with a gentleman named Dawson. He made the process simple on my end by staying in contact with my insurance company and dealing with issues as the arose. He and his crew were very conscientious when cleaning up. I highly recommend.
