  Your roof was a unique situation. You were very understanding from the beginning. When we signed the contract, we made sure you were aware of the shortage of materials in 2021-2022 due to the pandemic. We also informed you that with the type of metal needed to do your roof, we had an estimated 3-6 month lead time to receive the materials, and you accepted it. The contract was signed, and deposit was paid to secure the order placement of materials. We also walked you through the process of everything required by the homeowner to submit everything for the permit. In March 2022 about half of the materials came into our supplier, but we could not start work until all supplies were in due to the risk of incomplete work causing leakage. Even though the process with long, we made sure to keep in contact with you and your family to give everyone updates and to thank you for being so patient. When the material did arrive in late June 2022, no one from the family was in town so we were told to coordinate everything with the neighbor. Once contact was made, your roof was put in the queue with all our other customers waiting for scheduling and were able to complete your roof mid July 2022. It's honestly quite surprising to receive such a review because you seemed very understanding when the situation was explained to you and your family. We do understand the frustrations involved; however you are 100% right about one thing… the roof does look great!

  Nobody wants to put a new roof on their house. That said, Tom and his son Charles could not have made the process any better. Super responsive, great with communication and the end product looks great. Highly recommend Liberty Roofing of Central Florida!!!

  I am very happy with my new roof and carport. Everyone at Liberty Roofing was very nice and helpful with any questions I asked about the work being done. I was also pleased with the price for all the material and the time it took to get everything done.

  Liberty Roofing went above and beyond. While ripping off the old roof on my mother-in-laws home, they found the roof supports were damaged. Tom explained everything he and his crew had discovered. With approval of the repair Liberty Roofing quickly purchased the proper materials and made the necessary repairs and finished the project. Everything was done with the upmost care.   When my husband and I were trying to close on buying a home, we were in need of getting a new roof on it so we could get insurance. Even though we were putting a roof on a house we didn’t own yet, Liberty Roofing made the process seamless and painless. They understood our predicament and the timeframe we were under to get the project completed and accommodated our schedule. Their pricing was extremely fair even with us having them add additional overhangs to the gables before installing the shingles. The roof looks great and would highly recommend this company.

  Tom and his son are the best. They go above and beyond to make sure it's done right. They just installed our brand new metal roof and it looks great. I highly recommend them.

  Liberty Roofing went over and above for my Mom who was affected by both Hurricane Ian & Nicole. We loved when they were stopped over, set down and answered all our questions and explained how this process works. Everything looks beautiful too! We were able to refer them to many neighbors and our brother who also were very pleased. So nice to know there are kind, decent, understanding companies like Liberty Roofing who are there when devastation occurs.

  Great owners and workers. Very attentive to details and cleaned up after themselves daily. The workmanship was great and thorough. They found some problems from an unknown leak and repaired the problem. Affordable and great folks!

  I had a great experience with Liberty. I really liked that Tom wasn't a pushy salesman. Gave me plenty of time and space after giving me a reasonable, fair quote. Answered any questions I had.
