  We had a tornado damage on our roof and fence back in October 2019. Kanish came out and fixed a hole on our roof temporarily. Now it has been over two month and nothing has been fixed. I called and text numerous times and he is just ignoring and not responding at all. I am sure he is busy with other repairs but he needs at least respond. I even texted him that if I have to find other contractor but he still not responding. We still don’t have fence after more than 2 month. I don’t recommend this company at all. I guess I have to find other contractor. Frustrating!! This is my response to owner’s response. He told me that he will come out and put his company sign on our front yard and sign the contract but he never showed up and he never called or responded back. Our swing gate operator was not working. See attached picture. He told me he will put a new one since it’s not working. I never pressured him. I just asked him for diagnostic report that my insurance asked for. If it was working and repairable he can tell me but he never called. For deductible, ours is $2000. I asked him that he can waive it but he told me the law has been changed and he can’t not waive it anymore so I told him that I will pay my deductible. For emergency roof repair, he said he has to call me many times which is not true. I called him right back and he suggested to come to my office in Coppell, not Carrollton to pick up a check and I said yes.

  Dear Dr. Lee, We respectfully disagree with your assessment of our interaction. We currently do not have a contract/agreement to perform any other work. We have only completed an emergency repair of which we have been paid in full. Here is our side of the story.. We were asked by Dr. Lee to come out to his house to meet his adjuster and help with the claim process. We met the adjuster the next day and spent 2 hours walking around and helping identify storm damages. During our inspection we discovered a 2x4 that penetrated the roof. I received approval to do the work so that the interior would not be damaged during the next rainstorm. We had two concerns during our inspection. What was the extent of damage to the fence and the gate operator that was knocked off its stand. I communicated with Dr. Lee and let him know that I would meet our gate/fence trade the next day to assess the damages further. We did not charge Dr. Lee for our time and multiple trips as we think the community needed our help with our neighbors. We choose not to do any further business with Dr. Lee for the following reasons. First, we discovered that the gate operator was in good condition and was working properly. We did not feel comfortable being pressured to write an assessment that it needed to be replaced with a new unit. Next, we had a difficult time collecting the funds for the emergency repair. I my self had to drive to Dr. Lee's office to Carrollton, TX. to collect funds after repeated calls. Finally, we were not comfortable absorbing the deductible portion of the claim as this was against our company policy and state law. We wish you the best of luck and appreciate the opportunity.   If you’re looking to be undermined and subjected to trickery, look no further. A very crafty cold call salesman named Bill has called our office, has been rude to our staff, we’ve reported him... and then has had the audacity to cold call us again to try to make a sale. Sorry Bill with Legends, we don’t want or need your business.
