  Your are right Natalie. He does not pay to his subcontractors. I did a house for him in sw of edmonton with around 75 bundles. He paid nothing for last house because at the last i did in spruce grove there was chimney leak from top, i told him that this chimney collar needs but he said(Erin) just caulk it and did it. After few days there was some leak and there was few stains on ceiling, that was his friends house with 30 bundles. I was at no fault because i informed him in advance that this going leak. And i still owes him $2500 for last jobs. My crews did bunch of houses for him in 2021 and 2022. I talked with his friend, he paid him but he does paid us a penny. Not a man to trust.

  Harsh, you are exactly correct! We did not pay you for the last job you did for Legacy in St Albert and we did pay you for all previous work done for Legacy . I will attach a text from the customer in St Albert, it will give you and everyone reading this review an indication of the bad workmanship you did the damage it did to the customers home . “I am beyond pissed!!! I found another light fixture that is leaking . Once again, I have to go into the attic and try to find the leak when it is raining. This leak is on the other side of the house and is not the leak you just fixed. It is supposed to rain all this weekend. I don't even want to think about the water damage that has already been done. I can't imagine the number of issues that I will have in the winter! Ryan Middlemiss St Albert “ You did not install the waterproofing g that was supplied to do the half duplex and left the customers roof open during a huge rainstorm. The damage to the customers home was extensive and Legacy had to make good on all the damage to the customers home . The job previous to that one you told me many lies and it was only when I came to site did you admit all your lies . . On the job in question we had to redo most of your work . You left it with hundreds of low exposed nails and as I mentioned earlier , extensive damage to the customers home . Even after all this you were begging Legacy to give you a letter stating that you were full time employed by legacy for your work visa so you could stay in Canada. Ion fact you wrote a letter and wanted me to sign it and I refused because none of it was true . . Legacy will happily show any one who would like to see the pictures of the damage you caused and the workmanship you provided . Legacy does not do poor work and we do not pay for poor work and neither should our customers.

  Natalie, legacy does pay their subcontractors for work completed and completed properly . In your fathers case , he was paid in full at at the agreed price for the work , however your father not only did not complete the work nor was the work completed to ours or our customers satisfaction . The workmanship was extremely poor and left unfinished . Only after the work was paid for in full by us did you decide that you wanted to bill legacy double what the contract was for but you even tried to bill us over double the rate for his helper than a journeyman would earn while his helper had absolutely zero experience with this type of work and only two months experience in any type of construction work. I would post pictures on here but am not sure how to post them with my comments . In addition, the customer was very Dissatisfied and thought that Reinhard had no experience doing this type of work . The workmanship was an embarrassment to legacy

  Dan, we are sorry you feel the way you do . Unfortunately one of the days the guys were working on your house it was windy and some of the shingles touched your siding and left marks on it . As soon as it was brought to my attention it was rectified and the marks were removed . You refused to let us replace the damaged siding with new siding so it was cleaned . Your house is 20+ years old and your siding was chalked from age . Cleaning it brought back the new lustre and it will chalk over a period of time and not be noticeable. You did not mention these marks to me last week and I also did not notice them when I did my inspection when I attended your place at that time. You told me about them at 11:00 am yesterday and by 12:30 I had the marks cleaned up so as you can see we promptly did everything we could to rectify the problem . The bin was delivered in your driveway as the crew was starting your house but my understanding from your texts was that you wanted to supervise their work removing and replacing sagging plywood on the front of your garage . We are sorry you aren’t happy with the quick responses to your concerns.

  As mentioned in other reviews the lack of communication and straight out ghosting during and after our renovation has been appalling. The job that was quoted to be completed in 1-2 weeks took 3 plus months with next to no communication throughout. Extremely disappointed and WOULD NOT use or recommend this company.

  I reached out to Legacy with an exterior issue. They agreed to come and look at the issue and give me a quote. They provided a date in which they would do that. I didn't hear back from them after a few days following the date of the trip to my house. I followed up and they completely ghosted me. I'm shocked that they chose to conduct their business this way. If they felt the job was too small, undesirable, or they didn't have time to complete it, I certainly could have understood that feedback. I don't understand dropping all communication. All communication leading up to them ghosting was polite and straightforward (both parties).

  Had siding installed on house in October of 2022 some of it is falling off not happy still waiting to get other jobs done .Hard time getting into contact with the company.

  I am so beyond great full for the work this company did. They were out the day after I called them, got me a quote and were reshingling my roof the next day. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will go back to them when I need more work done. Very professional and punctual. They could see that my roof was really bad and didn't waste any time at all getting it completed. Thank you again for the amazing work.

  Absolutely great service! Erin had a quote very quickly for me; we discussed my options and supplies were quickly delivered. the roofing staff were very professional and pleasant! They made sure the job was well done; not rushed. Very highly recommend.

  I was extremely impressed by both the customer service and the quality of work from Legacy! Erin was incredibly helpful, always returned my calls or text messages and even answered a call while on vacation! In Hawaii! and on a golf course! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

  Erin and his team replaced the shingles on my roof last year and I couldn't be more impressed with the work that was done. The team was courteous and professional and did great work. They cleaned up afterwards and made everything look great. I recommended him to several of my neighbors.

  Erin and his team did an awesome job on my siding. Had hail damage and the insurance company screwed me over, as usual, but Erin found a way to get everything I needed repaired without going over budget. He also did some repairs and touch ups in our basement. Was quick and the job looked great. Will for sure use him again.

Glad everything worked out and glad we were able to fix it before you listed it .   I purchased a condo that needed alot of work. I wanted to put hardwood floors on the main level and tile the kitchen and bathrooms. My budget was tight so Erin worked found an amazing deal on hardwood and did not mark up his cost on the materials. He suggested a diagonal installation of the flooring. The end result was amazing. The workmanship was second to none. The finish on the floor withstood boys with roller blades and a large dog living in the house! The first comment from visitors is always what beautiful floors! The picture does not even come close to seeing these floors in person. I plan on having Legacy Exteriors and Roofing replace my roof this spring!!
