Quoted around $550, then billed $785 to caulk one leaking window—and it’s still leaking. Poor communication, excessive pricing, and the job wasn’t even completed. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

From the moment we called for a quotation to the work process to the final last minute - it is total professionalism. Lyle being the owner/operator/cleaner/helper/sale agent - totally impressed. Lyle actually suggested new colour and shade for the new roof. The result was stunning. He even modified and installed my downspout. Above and beyond. First time for new roof. Maybe there is better outfit, but I think 5 stars is no brainer.

Professional company from the initial quote to the final cleanup. Worked hard to get the job done in one day despite unforseen factors. Competitive pricing and everything promised was delivered. Would recommend.

Lyle from Brown's roofing was able to come on short notice and resolve some issues with our roof before a house inspection. It helped us close on our house and take a major stress out of a stressful move. Thank you Ricki and Lyle again for your quick work!

Lyle has now fixed 2 leaks in my roof caused by a poor roofing job. I cannot recommend this company enough. If i could go back in time, I would 100% have had Browns Roofing replace my whole roof. Quality work and great people. To Lyle and his team, thank you so much!!

Excellent experience with this roofing company! They recently repaired our shingles and did a fantastic job. Lyle was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly to my husband. The repair was completed quickly. It’s hard to find reliable contractors these days, and this company definitely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone needing roofing repairs or a new roof!
