  We are sorry to hear about your perception of your interaction with our company and would like to clarify a few points. You originally contacted us regarding the cost of a roof inspection. Our initial minimum rate of $450 was provided, but once we had more details, we explained that the scope of work could vary significantly depending on the actual condition of your roof. Based on the photos you shared from your home inspection, we identified evidence of prior repair issues and potential defects. Because of this, we advised that a firm quote could only be given after an in-person assessment. To provide transparency, we offered a range of $800–$2,000 depending on the extent of the work required. This range was not intended to “gouge,” but to ensure you had a realistic understanding of possible costs before committing to any work. We never performed any services for you, nor did we charge you anything. Our pricing reflected a more comprehensive repair approach that included replacing more material to ensure the work would last. To support this, we also reviewed the photos with a reputable home inspector, who confirmed that it would be unrealistic for a professional roofing company to properly complete the repairs for $250. We are a small, family-run company, and our reputation is important to us. At no point did we threaten you with legal action. Who was the person that contacted you regarding legal action?   So I am trying to buy a house and the bank wants me to get a quote on a new roof. I gave these people a call and they basically told me getting a quote was too complicated and hung up. I would not reccomend going through these people

  Good Day, Rielly, Im not sure what makes you so upset. When you called me I asked a few questions because you have no access to the home right now, you couldnt give me the name and phone number from the current homeowner and you asked for a quote for existing metal panels which brand and condition was not clear for you. I wish you had more pre information for us to make it easier because 1 way to come to this place is 80 KM. Not knowing if we are allowed to move on this property is a huge invest of time, approx 3-4 hours. That is the reason that we asked you about the informations. At the end of this talk as I explained it to you, you said thats it and hang up.

  I had my roof reshingled and it looks great!!. The shed wasn't included in the price but once my payment for roof went thru they were here to do the shed. They didn't charge me the 4% surcharge for the shed, which I appreciated alot. They did miss installing a vent but promptly were here the next day to install. I'm not aware of any inspections after the job was done like my neighbours had one on one bf they made a payment The only issues I had was payment. They were in the middle of re doing their pos system. I was told they wish they knew I was making a payment by cc before reroofing my home. This statement really bothered me as I had my cc info ready the night the bill came in and cc',s were one of the forms of payment and my job was worth $6000. I understood they had to surcharge me 4% and I had payment ready. They asked if I could get a check from my cc company but they don't do cheques and it would have cost me more to do a cash advance. After a week they found a way to take my payment but we're a little impatient as I got 2 emails and a phone call all within 3 hours of each other (12 pm to 3pm). I explained I understood they needed a payment but I had just had surgery and didn't see the call or emails until 5 pm and I promptly gave them my CVC number on the back of my card to proceed with payment. I had to split payment in 2 and 1 cc company flagged it as payment came from the accountants account. Overall they picked up all the nails (left container full in my one planter) and debris made from the reroof. They covered my flowerbeds, AC and patio which I really loved. They were delayed one day but you can't control the weather I do recommend this company 100% but the payment options should be available as there would have been no issues otherwise **I had to call the new owners in for a loose nail May 2026 (under warranty) on one the vents. It was because we're changing our payment system, and your credit card information needed fixing. Also, we always do a last inspection.   I needed faisca replacement at the peak of our 2 1/2 storey house. We had an accident trying to do it ourselves so called Wolff and they responded within a couple of days due to weather. Ralf was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Wolff Roofing for all your roofing issues.

  This company went above and beyond for me. I was on a time crunch as my insurance was going to drop me had I not gotten new shingles right away. I called a few places for quotes. Wolff was quick to respond and was able to fit me in this fall after bringing up my insurance concern. Other company were much less responsive, showing up a week late etc to quote me and told me there would be no chance of having it done this year. So glad I found Wolff roofing. Great service and quality work. Highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their roof.

  Cannot say enough about this amazing company, from the initial request for a quote, to the crew who did such a terrific job - they were very polite, respectful and did such a great job of clean up, lost count of how many times they went round with the magnet picking up nails and general clean up. If you need a new roof you have to have Wolff Roofing!
