Set aside an appointment a week in advance, and made sure that I was home for the scheduled appointment for the assessment. Nobody showed up for the appointment, when I called to see what had happened I was told that the person who was supposed to come called me and I did not answer, which was not the case. I let them know that I did not receive any calls from anyone at their company, and was hopeful someone could still come today if they were interested in my business. They lady on the phone said nobody was able to come now, was very unapologetic, and hung up on me.

Helping an 85 yrs lady fix her roof after the last wind storm. With something like this I like to use Google reviews and read up on companies. Well AB Roofing with a 4.9 star seemed like a good pick. Well was I wrong, called at the beginning of March 2026 spoke to a lady and was told they would send out a tech with a drone to quote the job. She explained it would be done within a week because they were busy. As a small business I totally understand and agreed. Well after 4 more calls and 4 more promises, and what I believe is a fair amount of time we still have not received a quote and is still not repair plus it's now April 6, 2026. So wasted my time with AB Roofing and hope you don't experience this bad service. Moving on with another company to do this job.

Worst company. Rude, leaves nails and garbage all over the yards, driveways and roads. No safety equipment unless crocs count. Dont hire.

They showed up on short notice after a recent windstorm. They made the repairs, took pictures to show me what was done and the price was fair. Can't ask for much more than that.
