  Lost some shingles during a recent windstorm. Left a phone message on 10th March and an online request a day later asking for the repair to be done. Never received a response. Wanted to give the business to a Fort Sask company but finished up going to Alf's Roofing, who replied immediately and had the repair done within a few days for a lower cost than they had estimated.

  Obtained a siding / exterior insulation quote from Rich last winter (months in advance) to begin work Spring 2024. He showed up on the scheduled start date and advised that he messed up on the quote since he didn't actually take any measurements, grossly under-quoted and the job was way too big. We understood (regardless of the fact that our 2100 sq ft home is visibly huge from a block away) and we requested he update the quote with actual measurements. He refused and left us HIGH AND DRY while we scrambled for over a month afterwards to find another company that could do the work on such short notice. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend.

  Job was delayed a few times which I was understanding of and didn’t mind. But showed up intoxicated to collect payment. Would not recommend.

  Tried organizing a repair/replacement and was met with no response after sending photos of the property. After 2 weeks and not committing to even attend to assess the property I had gone elsewhere. Was met with "I apologize for that but yeah just too busy at the moment so I'm actually happy". Disinterested in letting us know that he is too busy and leaving in limbo for 2 weeks.

  My apologies but very busy at that moment and we're sorry we couldn't get to you and I'm glad you found somebody to do the repair! More understanding is definitely needed, we're a very small local company who's trying their very best and far from perfect!

  I tried my very best multiple times to fix your roof that I did not install. Just because we're a business does not mean we have to put up with negativity!

  Rivhard was very rude to communicate with and came off as extremely unprofessional. Did sloppy work to top it off. Would never recommend.

  Great service. Had some damage to the siding and roof of our home from a crazy wind storm. Richard came out and fixed it up for us quickly and made the place look brand new. Would definitely recommend his services!

  Rich and his crew shingled my roof and fixed my fascia at a great price and time. Another section of fasica blew off my roof a few days from wind storm and rich fixed it at no extra cost. Great work thanks!

  Exceptional service! I had three damaged spots on my roof and was worried about overnight rain. Richard responded quickly, arrived right on time, and did fantastic job. Highly recommended!

  Great job fixing/replacing roof at our house in February. We had some leakage issues, Richard and the team got on the work right away and helped us out. Quality work and delivered on his schedule, would recommend for roof and exterior work.

  You can really tell that Richard stands by his work and takes pride in what he does. Excellent work and great follow up service. I had a very rare issue with some shingles almost 8 years after original install by him, he came out the same day I called, and made things right. I would not hesitate to use him again on my other buildings.

  Richard left his card at my door with a note letting me know I had some missing shingles. I called him around 2pm for a quote and by noon the next day the repair was complete, he also provided a full video inspection and completed additional as-found fascia repairs for fair pricing. Excellent repair service.

  Lost some shingles in the windstorm and Richard was prompt and did an excellent job replacing the shingles. So nice to be able to call someone local and get such excellent service and a reasonable price. So good in fact we have booked him for next spring to do the siding on our shed.

  Had some siding come loose during a windstorm. Richard was quick to call me back and had my siding fixed the same day. Excellent service and will definitely be using RGB exteriors in the future.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars) We had an excellent experience with RGB Exteriors of Fort Saskatchewan. Richard and Ron went above and beyond, traveling 30 minutes to our home north of Gibbons. They replaced our fascia, swapped out our dryer vent, and cleared our gutters with professionalism and care. Both were incredibly friendly, efficient, and thorough. We’re thrilled with the work they did and highly recommend RBG Exteriors for their outstanding service!
