  Company did not do the repair I asked for. Since I can’t crawl up in the attic or on top of the roof , I had no way to inspect. I called them because water was coming in the kitchen ceiling from a roof leak. They said they couldn’t do the repair without removing the damaged chimney. They removed the chimney but did not fix the leak according to a company I hired to repair the kitchen ceiling. Now this roofing company wants to charge more to come fix the original problem! They also damaged a tree and left nails all over the ground that caused a puncture in my landscapers mower tire. He also has nails in his truck tire. They left a wheel chuck in the driveway. What a rip off. I’m trying to get someone higher than Luke or Wyatt to talk to. I would never use this company again.

  Luke was amazing! I originally called because I thought my gutters needed cleaning due to a clogged drain. Luke found that a cup was actually causing the blockage, removed it, and was honest enough to tell me that my gutters did not need to be cleaned. While he was there, he also noticed some loose shingles and secured them for me at no charge. He was extremely kind, helpful, caring, and honest. It’s refreshing to find someone who doesn’t try to sell you services you don’t need. I would definitely recommend this company!

  Tracy and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. He responded to my inquiry and provided a quote very quickly, which is so important when you’re dealing with a leaky roof. Communication was easy and clear, and the estimate was very affordable. I’m definitely going to call again the next time I have any issues with our roof!

  Landmark is a great company to work with and the quality is top tier. Luke was awesome to work with and was patient while we waited out the insurance company. The team that was here for the day were efficient, fast and super clean. No debris! The craftsman copper work around the chimney is really great……awesome job by Wyatt. The finance company they are partnered with is so easy to work with. Thanks for making this experience super effortless on our part.

  Tracy Guthier, is truly one of the best. He has helped me with roofing, gutters and gutter guards, and so much more. He and Wyatt, were here also after the ice storm. I can always count on him. He is a man of his word.
