Revising this review because we’ll be filing a judgement to get our money back. The crew was really nice and did their best to be mindful of the fact that I work from home which I appreciate very much. That’s really the only positive thing …

Kristen, thank you for sharing your experience and acknowledging the fantastic work done by the crew. I sincerely apologize for the disruptions and communication issues you've faced throughout this project. Your concerns are valid, and I appreciate your patience during the delays. It’s clear that we fell short in meeting your expectations, and I understand how frustrating that must have been. Please feel free to reach out via text or call if you'd like to discuss this further. I used this company in our HOA for many years. They have inspected, repaired, and replaced our roofs, gutters, and siding. I used them for my personal skylight replacement as well. A Great company!

Lakewoods Remodeling did two jobs for us this past year. Last fall they did a re-roofing job and this past winter installed three windows in our kitchen. We are pleased with the results of both jobs the jobs were done timely and on the schedule they gave us. We would use them again if the need arise.

Lakewood used great crews to do our roof and gutters and responded quickly to all our requests. I recommend this company to have roof and gutter work done.

We used Lakewood’s Remodeling a decade ago for new roof and windows. Very pleasant to work with. The city inspector spoke highly of their excellence job. So we contacted them again this year for hail damage. Our insurance company was very tricky to deal with, but Shawn took care of everything for us. And we’re beyond happy to learn that the same team of roofers who worked on our house 10+ years ago were coming to work on our roof. They did an extraordinary job again. They’re definitely a trustworthy company. Highly recommended.
