The critical reviews

This is not a real business. All fake reviews.

I was looking for a roof cleaner for my rental properties. Was suspicious of the address as this is the same address as Clover Park Veterinary Hospital. I called and the woman who answered the phone did not answer with the business name and could not give me a reason why they have the same address as the Vet office. Probably a scam

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Lakewood Roofing Company. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
