  Bad roof job! Lake Murry Roofing put a new roof on my house December 28,2022. The first time it rained it leaked. Then the shingles weren't laying down because the underlayment was not installed correctly. The board that was beside the trailer was not put on my house. Ridge cap looked like a really bad patch repair job. The bathroom vents were not replaced. Bathroom had old roof vents leaking in the ceiling. This is why there was leaks in both bathrooms and ceilings in the closet and bedroom. The shingles did not have a 2 inch over hang. The drip edge was improperly installed. Water was going behind the siding. The damage at the edge of the ceiling, the ceiling coming down and the water in the walls was caused by this. None of this should have had to be redone after only 2.5 years. July 1,2025 I had to put a new roof on my house because Lake Murry Roofing did not do the job right. When the roof was removed there were 8 sheets of board that had to be replaced. Bathroom vents were replaced with new vents. Drip edge and ridge cap were installed correctly. The leaks stopped. Now all the damage in my house has to be repaired.

  First the changed the original scheduled time to another time then their guy shows up and says he doesn't have a ladder and didn't even get out of the truck,, just called and left!! Then I spoke to the owner who said even if they didn't have a ladder and as roofer you should have one but he tells me that they have drones incase anything but he reschedules with me and then proceeds to not only not show up but doesn't call or anything! Then I contacted the owner an hour after he was supposed to show up and he was so rude and disgusting with me cause he had a family emergency!! Ok but no call or no show or nothing after all that?!?! Not Cool At All!!

  Great experience. Justin provided a clear explanation on why the roof leaked and best way to repair it. His crew explained, step by step, the repair process with photos. This left no doubt the repair was completed as expected.
