we’re really glad we chose a roofing company for our new roof installation. we had a leak around the upstairs master bathroom, and instead of doing a small patch, we wanted the peace of mind that comes with a full roof replacement. the crew was recommended to us, and i’m very glad we made the call. cesar came out within 24 hours to provide an estimate and clearly went over the roofing contract from start to finish. he explained the scope of work, the roofing materials being used, the timeline, and how the property would be protected and cleaned up after the job was done. everything was handled in a professional and easy to understand way. the installation team did excellent work, kept the area neat, and made sure the finished roof looked great and was built to last in florida heat, heavy rain, and strong storms. elias, ruben, and the rest of the crew were helpful, respectful, and easy to work with. if anyone needs roof repair or a new roof, we highly recommend this team.

Lake Mary Roof Repair replaced my roof and converted an old built-in gutter setup that had a dip in the roofline, which was a constant problem with nearby cedar trees. They changed it to a clean straight pitch with standard gutters, and it …

I saw the great ratings and all the reviews saying Jordan was excellent, and my experience matched that completely. I called in a hurry because I needed roof-related exterior help, including gutter cleaning and a small siding repair before a heavy Florida rain moved in. Jordan and the crew arrived fast and got right to work, clearing the gutters, fixing the siding, and making sure everything was in good shape to protect the home. The crew was polite, professional, and worked efficiently. I received clear updates before, during, and after the job, which made the whole process easy and stress free. They also took time to explain the condition of the gutters and exterior areas so I understood what was done and what to keep an eye on going forward. I would gladly recommend them to family and friends in Lake Mary who need roofing, gutter, or exterior repair services. It was a relief to finally find a dependable roofing and exterior contractor. Jordan also gave me a helpful quote for gutter guards since a nearby tree causes the gutters to fill up quickly, and there was absolutely no pressure. He honestly seemed focused on helping me protect my home. If you need reliable roofing or gutter service, they are definitely worth calling.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This roofing team put on my roof many years ago, and recently I noticed a small drip coming through the fascia near the back door. A few days after I called, Jalen came out, checked the roof, and found that a few shingles above the door were causing the issue. They fixed that section, replaced the damaged fascia boards, painted everything to match, and even repaired a gutter corner in the front where a tree limb had caused damage. The whole repair was handled at no charge. I really appreciate how fast, professional, and helpful the crew was. It is hard to find a roofer that stands behind their work like this, and their customer service, roof repair skills, and attention to detail were excellent.

If I had the option, I would choose this roofing company without hesitation. I live in a duplex, and the owners of the neighboring unit had already signed with another roofer, so I needed to move forward with that plan. Still, I reached out for a roof inspection because I had some leaks and wanted expert advice. Brady came out within a few days, checked the roof carefully, and was very knowledgeable and professional. I explained the situation, and he even offered to review the other roofer’s plan and help me understand the roof replacement process. He called me back quickly and gave me honest feedback that made me feel much more confident. It was clear he genuinely wanted to help an inexperienced homeowner and provide solid roofing guidance, not just make a sale. I really appreciated the time, care, and professionalism. Even though I could not hire them directly for the full roof replacement, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Lake Mary who needs roofing advice, leak inspection, or a trustworthy roofing contractor.

lake mary roof repair recently completed our old roof replacement along with a few skylight replacements, and the whole experience was excellent. from the first inspection through the final install, the team was professional, friendly, honest, and easy to talk with. they explained the roofing process clearly, answered every question, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right for our home in lake mary. the crew worked hard, stayed efficient, and showed real skill with the roof system installation. even the neighbors noticed how organized and respectful they were, especially with how carefully they protected nearby property during the job. the cleanup was just as impressive. i could not find leftover roofing materials or debris in the grass, garden beds, or bushes. the new roof and skylights look great, and i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or roof replacement.

Lake Mary Roof Repair has been great to work with. From the beginning, Cesar was clear about the roofing process, timeline, and what made the service stand out from other roofers. What really stood out was the detailed explanation of the damaged shingles, siding, and overall roof condition. Jalen was also excellent to work with, with strong communication, solid knowledge, and a real commitment to making the whole experience easy and stress free. They took the time to answer questions, explain repair options, and make sure everything was handled with care. It was clear they put real effort into quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for any roofing, shingle, or siding work in Lake Mary.
