There were visible mistakes that required additional visits to correct. Not the smooth process I hoped for.

Our new roof has made us very happy! Everyone we collaborated with was really diligent, professional, and kept us informed at every stage. They always cleaned up after themselves, and the installation was finished sooner than we had anticipated.

I had a small leak during a heavy rainstorm and LA Roof Masters came out the same day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it on the spot. Their professionalism and honesty were refreshing. I’ll definitely call them again for future maintenance or upgrades.

Earlier this year, we had a total roof replacement, and his crew was incredibly professional and helpful. The work was completed promptly, and they were excellent in answering a few questions that came up afterward. We wholeheartedly endorse them!

I had some flashing that came loose and caused a leak in my attic—these guys fixed it within 24 hours of calling. They were efficient, explained what caused the issue, and didn’t overcharge. It’s refreshing to deal with a roofing company that actually cares.

I noticed granules in my gutters and called for an inspection. They didn’t try to sell me a new roof but offered a small repair that made sense. Honest roofing companies are hard to find—these folks are the real deal.

LA Roof Masters replaced my aging roof last month in Santa Monica and made the whole process stress-free. They helped me pick the right material and even worked around my schedule. Excellent workmanship and zero surprises on the final bill.

We had a great experience with LA Roof Masters! After dealing with multiple leaks on our old flat roof in Mar Vista, their team came out, gave us a clear estimate, and handled the entire flat roof installation professionally from start to finish. They replaced damaged decking, applied a high-quality roofing system, and made sure everything was sealed properly around the vents and skylights. The crew was respectful, cleaned up every day, and finished the job on time. Our roof is now watertight and looks great. Highly recommend them for flat roof work in West LA!
