When we started planning to replace our old roof, we got several estimates from different roofing contractors. Each roofer pointed out many of the same problems, but Erick took extra time to walk us through what was going on with the roofing system, what likely caused the wear, and which repairs and upgrades would help the most. Because of the size of our roof and the current soffit vent setup, Erick suggested adding a ridge vent to improve attic airflow and replacing the broken attic fan and undersized roof vents. That recommendation made a lot of sense and showed real knowledge of roof ventilation, shingle performance, and long-term roof protection, especially in hot weather. The estimate was fair and competitive compared to the other bids we received, and we felt confident moving forward. Once the job was scheduled, the roofing crew showed up on time, worked hard, kept the property neat, and acted professionally from start to finish. They did a great job with cleanup, paid attention to detail, and the new roof looks fantastic. The whole roof replacement moved along smoothly and was completed quickly. We are very happy with the final result and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

I have hired this roofing company twice for my Spanish-style home. The front roof has tile, and the back section is a flat roof. I got several roofing estimates, and other roofers said the old flat roofing had to be torn off because of code. Asher explained that a roof-over system could be done in this case, so I checked it myself and found out he was correct. That guidance saved me a lot of money and helped me avoid unnecessary work. Asher and the crew did excellent work from start to finish. When the front roof needed replacement, they reused as many of the existing tiles as possible, which helped keep costs down while still giving the roof a solid, finished look. I also have a detached garage with a flat roof that did not need major repair, only a protective roof coating, and they gave me a very fair estimate for that job too. Everything was completed quickly, professionally, and with real attention to detail. After heavy rain, both the tile roof and the flat roof performed exactly as they should with no leaks at all. I really appreciated their honest advice, fair pricing, and strong roofing knowledge.
