Jordan and his crew were fantastic. They replaced our roof and gutters and also rebuilt the front porch deck, all with great attention to detail from a friendly, efficient roofing team. When our window screens first had a metal edge that later came loose, Jordan returned and re-screened all the windows using rubber hardware that has held up very well. He stands behind his roofing materials and workmanship for the long term, showing real integrity and professionalism from start to finish.

After strong wind damage, we needed a reliable roofer right away and started calling around for help with both the house and the shop. Other contractors we contacted were either pushing extra products we did not need, offering only a quick basic fix, or were hard to get scheduled. From the first call with Roofing Solutions Santa Monica through the final cleanup, Jordan and the crew were professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. Jordan explained the full insurance claim process in simple terms and was even there when the adjuster came out, which made everything much less stressful. The estimate was fair, clear, and competitive, and the workmanship gave us a lot of confidence from the start. They installed top-quality shingles and underlayment, and it was clear they cared about doing the roof system the right way, not cutting corners. Both roofs were completed on schedule, and the crew worked efficiently to make sure everything was protected before more rain came through. Communication was consistent, the job site was kept organized, and the cleanup afterward was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, skilled, and respectful of our property. We have already recommended them to several people and would gladly do so again. If you need roofing help in Santa Monica, I would not hesitate to call them.

From start to finish, the roofing job was managed in a very professional way. After a few shingles blew off my roof, jordan came by and explained the roofing service clearly. He was quick to reply every time I had a question. The insurance process took a while, but once i filed the claim, jordan helped handle the details and kept things moving. The roof work was completed in just one day, including tearing off the old shingles, taking care of some structural roof repairs, and installing the new shingles. The roofing crew was well organized, courteous, and efficient. They made sure we could safely get in and out during the project, which really helped. clinton and the team paid close attention to cleanup, using tarps around the house to catch debris and leaving the yard very clean when the job was done. Now we have a strong new roof that looks great and gives us peace of mind in the hot sun and changing weather. frederick and the crew made the whole roofing process smooth and easy, and we are very pleased with the final result.

Roofing Solutions Santa Monica stopped by and asked about my roof. At the time, I only needed help with gutter cleaning and roofline debris removal. Jacob and Jordan had the ladder and the right roofing tools, and they cleared out the gutters, leaves, branches, and buildup left from recent rain and strong wind. They worked carefully, kept the area clean, and showed real respect throughout the visit. I appreciated the prompt service, their attention to the roof drainage, and the way they handled the job. I’m very pleased with the work and would gladly recommend them for roofing and gutter service.

I have nothing but praise for the roofing team. Jacob was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions in a clear and patient way. He and his crew arrived at my home as scheduled and kept the roofing project moving smoothly. When rain caused a short delay, Jacob called right away to explain the situation and let me know the crew would return as soon as it was safe to get back on the roof. I never had to chase anyone down because Jacob always answered my calls or got back to me quickly. He explained each step of the roof replacement process, from removing the old barrel tile roof to installing the new metal roofing system. The crew worked carefully, stayed organized, and cleaned up debris at the end of every day, which I really appreciated. It was obvious that customer satisfaction and quality workmanship mattered to them. I’m very happy with the finished metal roof, and it has given my home a clean updated look while also feeling strong and well built for the Santa Monica climate. Overall, it was a smooth roofing experience with great communication, reliable service, and excellent results.

Roofing Solutions Santa Monica removed the old boxed-style roof and rebuilt it with new decking and shingles. clinton and the crew nailed everything to code, replaced the flat roof area over the added office space, and improved the roof line to a clean gable design instead of the old Pizza Hut look. They used durable 50-year shingles that are a smart fit for hot, sunny weather and strong seasonal winds. The price was fair, the crew was excellent, and the whole roofing job felt well organized from start to finish. frederick kept the work area neat, handled the needed inspections, and shared photos of the progress, which gave me real peace of mind. i was referred by friends who had used them before, and now i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement. After the rain, the roof held up great with no leaks, and the house feels much better protected. donovan also made sure the flashing and roof details were done right.

We had a great experience with this roofing company. The whole process was clearly explained, making everything simple to follow. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or a new roof. Even though our insurance company wasn’t easy to deal with, Tristan, Jordan, and Clinton were always there to help us out and guide us through each step. Tristan was quick to respond to calls and texts, and Jordan checked in during and after the installation to make sure everything was going well. Jordan and Clinton also came to our insurance inspections and pointed out roof damage that the first inspector missed, which was really helpful. The installation itself was done professionally, the crew kept everything tidy and worked long hours to get the job finished. Outstanding service from a reliable roofing team!
