I’ve known the roofing team for quite a while, and when we thought we might have a roof leak, I gave them a call. Roger came out to inspect everything at the house and then sent Jared, who handled the minor roof repairs, sealed the problem spots, and replaced a few missing shingles. They explained that our older roof is still in solid shape and should give us a couple more years of service with the right maintenance. I really appreciated their honest approach. They did not try to push a full roof replacement when a few repairs and some sealing work were all that was needed right now. In Los Angeles, with the strong sun and heat, it helps to have a roofer who understands how to keep an aging roof performing well. Their crew was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. When the time does come for a complete new roof, we will definitely use them again.

We called for a roofing estimate right after buying our home and finding out the roof had major leaks that were not mentioned before. The crew was professional from the start. Roger came out, inspected the shingles and flashing, walked the roof with us, and clearly explained the damage they found. They provided a written estimate, answered our questions in simple terms, and got the repair work scheduled fast. The roofing team took care of everything quickly and did solid work. They made the whole process much less stressful, especially with the hot Los Angeles weather making the leaks even more urgent to fix. After the job was done, they cleaned the yard well and made sure nails and debris were picked up. We really appreciated the fair pricing, honest service, and how smoothly the roof repair went. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing help.

After a recent storm in Los Angeles, I had a lot of roofing companies stopping by and calling about storm damage repair. I chose this roofing contractor and had a very positive experience from start to finish. Derek, the sales rep, was respectful and professional and never pressured me with nonstop calls or pushy sales tactics like some others did. He gave me clear, accurate information about the roof replacement process, explained how the insurance claim and deductible worked, and gave me time to make the right decision for my home. The team did a great job handling the process, from working with the insurance company to keeping me updated on the schedule and each step of the project. The roof installation was completed on time, and everything was organized and professional. There were no surprise charges, no hidden fees, and the workmanship was solid. I am especially happy with my new roof, gutters, and garage door. The finished work looks great, helps protect the house from sun and seasonal weather, and really improved the overall appearance of my home. I would highly recommend them for roofing and exterior work.

jared came out to inspect a roofing and gutter drainage problem and gave a clear estimate along with practical recommendations. Right away, i could tell he took a hands-on, straightforward approach and was focused on doing the job right, not just selling the biggest repair. He explained the options in simple terms, including how the gutters and roofline work together to move water away from the home, which helped me feel confident about the plan. Once i chose the best course of action, the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Communication stayed clear, scheduling was easy, and the crew members roger and derek were courteous, respectful, and efficient the entire time. They handled the roofing and gutter work carefully, paid attention to detail, and left the area completely clean when they were done. I am very happy with the service and would gladly reach out again for any roof repair, gutter work, or drainage needs. Great experience overall, and i'm really glad i found this team.

Jared was always easy to reach, answered our questions, and kept us posted on the roofing work each day. He also met with us in person when needed, which made the whole process feel clear and well organized. He was a big help with the insurance claim and made sure everything kept moving the right way. downtown dreams roofing gave us a few estimate options so we could choose the roof system and details that fit our budget and style. We decided on a metal roof, and the color and finish look great with our home and the nearby houses. Jared scheduled skilled roofing crews for each part of the job, and every team member was hardworking, respectful, and professional. The work area was cleaned up daily, and the full roof installation was handled with care from start to finish. Our home now looks better, feels more protected from the sun and weather, and has added value. I highly recommend their roofing services.

I met with the owner to go over what would be included in my roof replacement here in Los Angeles. He suggested replacing the skylight along with the roof, which made sense for keeping everything updated. When I heard the estimate, I was pleasantly surprised because it was much more affordable than other quotes I had received. I agreed to the work, and just a couple of weeks later, Frederick and his crew arrived right on schedule. They did a fantastic job prepping the area, removing the old shingles, installing the new roof, and making sure everything was cleaned up afterward. The whole project was completed in just one day, and they left my yard spotless. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a roof replacement in Los Angeles. Many homes in my neighborhood have also used their services, and everyone is very happy with the results.

i had a really tough roof leak over my garage for a long time, and even after having it repaired twice by another roofer, the problem just wouldn’t go away. then i called these guys and they promised they could handle it. derek showed up right on schedule, was super professional, and took care of the leak. he also removed the mold and put up new drywall where the water had damaged the ceiling. now my garage is dry and looks great! plus, they included a warranty that can be passed on if i ever sell my house. i highly recommend this roofing team in los angeles—they really know their stuff!

Downtown Dreams Roofing completed a skylight replacement along with some minor roof repairs on my older home in Los Angeles.
