I hired Capital City Roofing -Santa Monica to install a metal roof on my new home, and the whole job went smoothly from start to finish. Charles came out first to take measurements for the estimate, and after I approved it, he returned to do a precise material takeoff so the roofing supplies would be ordered correctly. The materials arrived on schedule, and the roof installation started right on time. Wayne was the field supervisor and stayed on top of the work throughout the project, making sure everything was done with strong workmanship and close attention to detail. The roofing crew stayed focused until the job was fully completed, and they kept the property clean by removing scrap, lunch trash, and other debris as they worked. That kind of cleanup and care really stood out during a new home build. The finished metal roof looks excellent. The valleys and hips are straight and clean, and the screw layout is very even and professional. No matter which direction you look, the lines are neat and consistent, which shows real skill and pride in the roofing work. They communicated well, answered calls, arrived when they said they would, finished on schedule, and made the whole process easy. If you want a roofing company you can rely on for quality work, good service, and a well-organized crew, this was a very positive experience.

We had a roof leak around a plumbing vent that was damaging our ceiling and creating mold in the attic. When I called Capital City Roofing -Santa Monica, Pedro was polite, professional, and let me know a field roofer would contact me quickly. Charles called back right away and arrived at our home in Santa Monica very fast. Charles and Wayne were friendly, skilled, and easy to work with. They removed the damaged roofing materials, cut out the bad plywood around the leaking vent pipe, and repaired the problem area the right way. They also took out the wet attic insulation, installed new insulation, and replaced the roofing in the affected section so everything was sealed up properly. As part of the repair, they installed new pipe boots on all the vent pipes, cleaned off the old roof sealant around the vents, and applied fresh sealant to help protect the roof from future leaks. They also checked the surrounding roof area to make sure everything was in good shape for the Santa Monica climate. After the roof work was finished, Charles came inside and fixed up the ceiling area so it looked much better. This was a great experience from start to finish. It is hard to find a roofing crew that responds this fast, explains the repair clearly, and does such solid work. I really appreciated their professionalism, quick service, and attention to detail.

Everything was great from beginning to end with the roofing job. Communication was clear the whole way, and the crew finished earlier than expected. The roof work looks solid, and the pricing was in line with the other estimates I received. They used tarps around the home to catch debris during the shingle tear-off and did a very good job with cleanup each day. Permits were handled properly, and the inspection was passed after one small item was quickly fixed by Pedro. Very happy with the overall service, workmanship, and how smoothly the project was managed. I would gladly recommend them to others and would use them again for future roofing work.

I’m writing this review for my mom, who is 82 and does not use a computer. Capital City Roofing -Santa Monica provided very professional and honest roofing service. Pedro first met with the insurance adjuster, and after the paperwork was finished, he came by to go over exactly what roof repairs were needed. I was there with my mom to help with anything she did not understand, and I asked several questions myself. Pedro was very detailed and explained everything step by step from his tablet, and he also had a printed copy so we could follow along. He was patient the whole time. Even when I interrupted with questions, he answered clearly and made sure we understood the roofing work, materials, and repair process. He let my mom know the roof would be completed the same day the crew started, and that is exactly what happened. He also explained the repair cost clearly, including what portion would be covered by insurance and what portion my mom would need to pay. He told us when the roofing materials would be delivered and what time the crew would begin removing the old shingles and installing the new roof system. Pedro and his crew did an excellent job. The house looked refreshed and well cared for when they finished, and the new roof really improved the overall appearance of the home. It is not easy to find a roofing contractor who communicates this well, shows up as promised, and stands behind the work, but that is exactly what we experienced. I highly recommend Pedro and his team. My mom and I were truly impressed with the quality of the work, the cleanup, and the way the whole project was handled. If the highest rating is five stars, they deserve ten.

jerry was very respectful, helpful, and professional. jerry came out to inspect the roof damage and quickly checked the shingles, underlayment, and flashing. With more rain and wind in the forecast, they put a tarp over the roof right away to help protect the home from leaks. I had roof work done only a short time earlier by another roofer, so i was worried about trusting someone new. jerry helped me feel at ease, explained the problem in simple terms, and gave me a clear quote for the repair. He and his crew came back and fixed the roof, and the job ended up being larger than first expected because the weather had caused more wear and hidden damage. Even with the extra repair work, they stayed fair on pricing and actually charged a few hundred less than the original quote. The crew worked hard, kept the area clean, picked up all debris, and made sure everything looked good when the job was done. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and professional, and i would highly recommend them for roofing repairs and storm-related roof service.

The roofing crew did an excellent job on my roof repair. They showed up on time, were polite and professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was happening with the roof and how they planned to fix it. They also shared plenty of photos so I could see the problem areas and understand the repair process. There were a few questions about matching the shingles, but Pedro went the extra mile and made several additional trips to get the closest and most acceptable match for my home. I really appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail. In Santa Monica, it is important to have a roofing team that understands sun exposure, roof wear, and proper materials, and they handled everything very well. I would gladly recommend this roofer to anyone needing reliable roofing service because the whole experience was smooth and the finished work looked great.
