After storm damage affected my roof, I chose this roofing company and had a very good experience. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster, explained every part of the claim clearly, and helped move the approval along quickly. The team was thorough, easy to reach, and professional from start to finish. They gave me several shingle color options and later brought back higher quality roofing shingles for me to review, which helped me feel confident in the final choice. The roof installation went smoothly and matched what was promised. I also decided to have leaf guards added to the rear gutters, and that work was done well too. They were quick to respond to the small details and extra requests I had, which made the whole home exterior project feel complete. I have already recommended them to neighbors because they deliver solid roofing work, clear communication, and dependable service.

We had a roof leak caused by problems with the original installation of stone-coated steel shingles. For years we were trying to find a roofer who could properly inspect it and fix the issue. A lot of roofing companies said they would call …

Valley Vista Roofing really stood behind their roofing work through some very tough conditions. Our old asphalt shingle roof was extremely worn out and difficult to tear off, and the roof has several slopes and tricky angles that made the reroof project more complicated. During installation, a heavy rainstorm caused extra challenges, but the crew stayed professional and handled the situation well. Later on, when drainage and water control around the roof became a concern, they installed a dependable solution that helped protect the roof system. They also adjusted the roof-related cable work and improved it beyond what others had done before. With an older chimney, difficult skylights, and unusual roof transitions, a few leaks showed up later on. They came back, found the problem areas, and repaired everything at no extra cost. I’m very impressed with their commitment to quality, follow-up service, and making sure the roof performs the way it should. Their dedication, workmanship, and willingness to stand behind the job really say a lot about their reputation.

My insurer said I needed a new roof to keep my policy, so i moved forward with a reroof on my home in Santa Monica. russell inspected the roofing system and found two layers of shingles, which helped him provide a much more accurate estimate than several other roofers. The price was not the lowest, but the crew delivered excellent value with quality workmanship, clear communication, and a smooth roofing process. They finished the tear-off and installation very quickly, kept the job site neat, and did not block my driveway with roofing materials or the dumpster. In just two days, i had a strong new roof that looks great, and the property was left clean with very few nails and no debris. The whole experience felt professional and stress-free, and the finished roof gave me real peace of mind.

I highly recommend this roofing team. Communication was quick and easy to understand, and the pricing was better than other roofers I checked with. My new roof was installed with real skill, and the whole roofing process felt organized from start to finish. During the tear-off and installation, I received regular updates and always knew what was happening with the project. They worked around my schedule, explained the materials and steps clearly, and were honest and transparent the entire time. After I looked over the finished roof and gutter work, I noticed a small gutter issue, and they made it a priority to come back and fix it within just a couple of days. The crew was professional, responsive, and clearly cared about doing quality roofing and gutter work the right way. Fantastic experience overall!

fantastic experience with valley vista roofing. the roofing job moved forward from an insurance estimate, and once the contract was signed, work started the very next day. manuel, emmanuel, and joe were friendly, hardworking, and stayed focused until the roof work was fully finished. the owner checked in often to make sure the workmanship, materials, and overall roof quality were done right. they also replaced storm-damaged metal fascia and matched the color very well with the existing soffit, which helped everything look clean and consistent. the team handled communication directly with the windstorm inspector, which made the process much easier and less stressful. the final cleanup was extremely detailed. they spent hours going over the property, using a magnetic sweeper multiple times and picking up even small bits of roofing debris by hand. overall, the service felt professional, organized, and careful from start to finish.

We worked with Joe and Emmanuel to handle an insurance claim for roof repair. We also needed new gutters and some soffit and fascia repairs after animals got into those areas. They managed the whole insurance process, so I only had to take a few calls and approve the work. In the end, the claim covered the roof and even the gutters, which was a great bonus. Our past experience with insurance had been stressful, so having the roofing team take care of everything made a big difference. The roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia work were all finished faster than expected, and every crew arrived on time as promised. The whole job was smooth, professional, and well organized. I highly recommend them for any roofing and exterior repair work. Five stars.
