  Ghosted me! I had them come quote to do a repair on a leaking skylight And they did a very thorough inspection of the entire roof. I received a quote and let them know I’d like to proceed with the work . Everything was going great until I asked for confirmation of insurance. I’ve called Luis, the main office I’ve emailed and even communicated with the guy who came to do the inspection and they will no longer respond? Very fishy…. I’m guessing maybe they’re not insured?

  The sad thing is, this isn’t pictures my mom’s property. Her insurance company informed me that this is the pictures for another property. How sad, this person didn’t even go up in my attic to take pictures so I don’t know where these pictures came from. Another thing this isn’t even the color of my moms roof. It’s hard to even get anyone on the phone.

  Hello Gloria , we are very sorry this happened . Our previous software was having issues uploading the files on that particular day . Your pictures were uploaded correctly but the program save them under a different client name . We have replaced the software ever since were made aware of this situation .   I have mixed feeling about the service I've received, but overall i feel negative about my experience with the company. On one hand the employees who performed the work were very professional and did an good job for the most part.. no complaints there. On the other hand I was offered multiple services with my initial consultation that I was later told was not apart of an advertisement that I had never was showed or saw myself nor was i directed to the website. Also, under the instruction of the owner the employees did not follow any kind of work schedule I discussed with him and came by at random times during the day throughout the week to complete the work on my home while i was sleeping (I work at night and that was discussed). They also came by and dumped trash from another site in the dumpster that was set up in front of my home before any work was done. In addition to all of this they had to come by a second time to fix the wall that was not sanded/painted properly. Overall I would not recommend them unless you'd like to deal with a contractor who does not respect your time and likes to reschedule whenever they see fit without proper notice.

  Highly recommend LA Roofing. They had an incredible price for 30-year architectural shingles - I paid less than $8500 to replace my roof. Luis and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Give them a call!

  LA Roofing was very efficient. Mr. Luis quoted me an estimate and gave me time to figure out what I wanted to do, I did not feel rushed or pressured. He came back with samples for the shingles. He was very professional. My roof was completed in 2 days and I was very satisfied! I highly recommend the LA Roofing company for efficiency and quality!!!

  I called LA Roofing and they came out to inspect my roofing issue the same day. The company is very good and trustworthy. What I enjoyed most was the integrity they displayed. The inspected the issue and called me back promptly with a detailed review. If you want prompt service and a trustworthy company, this is the company. Thanks for everything. Just adding to my review from a few years ago since I recently had my roof completely done. Once again I called a company I trusted and LA Roofing came through with excellent service. The communication was great and provided great instructions to file claim which made it very easy. Thanks. 12/5/2024 La Roofing is a great company. After getting my roof done I had 1 minor issue after a heavy wind storm. The crew came out fixed the issue and even change some bulbs at my request that were to high for me to reach. Once again this company is great and the workers are always respectful.

  Luis and his staff were excellent and was very knowledgeable and professional. They provided excellent service and were very efficient. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problems.
