  I spent thousands of dollars on a new roof. I noticed I still had a small leak so I had someone climb on the roof and check it. The flashing is not flush with the roof. They charged me 300$ to put black putty in the gap and told me I need that done every 3 years. I was told it was a window issue which I fixed also said it was the mortar. My advice use another company.

  They re-did a bunch of decks at our condos less than a year ago. Our decks are our bottom condos ceilings. Not sure what the Home Owners Association paid. Nothing is even, they puddle and hold water. They won’t return any of our phone calls. Their work is awful!

  Single cab Ram tailgating and aggressive lane changing doing at least 80 in posted 55 on US-24 heading west. Seems like they have a few crappy drivers 02/11/26

  Driver all over the road. Irregular lane changing. Heavy tailgating. Texting and swaying all over the road. Dangerous driver. For way more than just construction or merging traffic. From Bartonville to Peoria this guy was all over the place.

  Thanks for your feedback. We spoke with our driver, who said he was using Bluetooth if he was on his phone at all, and confirmed he was in heavy, merging traffic at the time. We’ve used this as a reminder to reinforce our safety standards. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

  I had to pay $95.00 for them to come out and tell me that they can’t fix my roof and that I needed to hire a carpenter.

We value the relationship with our customers and it’s important for us to know when we fail to provide excellent service. Much like a home inspector will analyze your home for deficiencies prior to you purchasing it, our service technicians regularly perform roof inspections for areas on our customers’ roofs that they know aren’t functioning properly, but they don’t know why. Once a home inspector determines the root cause of a problem in your home, he will recommend a solution by the appropriate trade. Similarly and in your case, our residential superintendent inspected the cause of the bowing in your roof. This type of issue can be caused by a few different things - some are structural and some are cosmetic - but it’s important to physically inspect the roof before diagnosing the root cause. In your situation, the bowing was due to a structural problem and the appropriate trade to restore the roof deck is a carpenter. As the premier roofing contractor in the area, we are typically the first call most people make when they’re experiencing an issue with their roof and they aren’t sure what to do. Many of these people end up hiring us to do the work, but some people simply take our diagnosis and hire a cheaper alternative, such as an unlicensed roofer or handyman. We recognize that every home owner needs to make these decisions based on what is in their best interests, but we also recognize our diagnosis has a value. I’m very sorry you were unhappy with our service and value you received.   Would not ever use this company! Very poor on water damage to condo repair ! Passed the buck to a property management company.

This issue occurred due to an extreme weather event. There was no defective work that contributed to this water intrusion. Both the board of your condo association and the property management of the condo association continue to have a very positive relationship with our company and have contracted Kreiling to do more work at the condo buildings in 2020.   Jacob was absolutely phenomenal, really going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I can't imagine hiring any other roofing company and I hope Kreiling knows what a fantastic guy they have on staff! Give that man a raise, he's great!

  I was at Menards today with a friend and my 79 year old mother. As I was walking back to my car, my friend came running around the car yelling "your mom fell". We both tried to get her up and couldn't. 2 cars over was a gentleman getting in his vehicle and I asked if he could help. He came right over and got her up, I didn't catch his name, but he was wearing a Kreiling shirt. I hope he sees this and understands how greatful we are. I hope all your employees are so kind.   Kreiling Roofing is knowledgeable and has the experience along with expertise to find solutions to problem areas of your roofing needs. Our work that we had completed was professional, and solved a problem area that other roofing companies were not able to address nor fix. Kreiling did not overcharge nor try to do things that were not needed to increase our costs. We were thrilled that Kreiling Roofing was able to address all the needs to our unique roof.   After calling numerous roofing contractors to look at a problem with two flat rubber type roofs, I called Kreiling. When they came out the guys were great. Communicated every step of the way. When a portion of the work was more involved than a quick fix they gave their recommendation, headed to the shop to get the right products to fix, and someone from the office called to give a quote on cost. This is what I wanted. Fix it like you would on your mom's house. The guys also told me about another area that I need to have addressed on the roof. Going to call and line that work up. Hopefully sleep better the next night of heavy storms. I am sorry I don't remember the guys names as I am writing this, but you have a couple great guys there. Thanks for getting it taken care of!   Jake, Bob, and their crew did a very good job in replacing our roof. They were very professional and courteous - their competence was and is obvious as they dealt with our slightly different roof configuration. They worked very well with other exterior work that we had included to update our home. Thanks for a great job!

  I recently had a personal problem that was creating a lot of stress on me. A good friend who happens to work for Kreiling stepped in to help me resolve the problem. With much time and difficulty he was able to resolve the situation. I would like to thank him and his company for going above and beyond for their efforts, time and resources!
